Rhino Capra Axles Kit Components

The Rhino Capra Axles kit includes various components for assembling the axles and chassis. Key parts visible are the assembled front and rear axles with brass knuckles, steering links, servo mounts, and various screws and hardware.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Rear Link Assembly

Assemble the rear link components to the rear axle. This involves attaching the necessary brackets and rods to form the rear suspension linkage.

Step 2: Servo Mount Assembly

Assemble the servo mount. This bracket will hold the steering servo and attach to the chassis.

Step 3: Riser Link Assembly

Assemble the riser link. If assembling only the riser link, use M3 x 8mm screws. If assembling the riser link and battery mount, use M3 x 10mm screws.

Step 4: Gear Box Assembly

Assemble the 65-81mm driver shaft to the gearbox. The gearbox is a gold-colored component labeled 'RHINOCRAWLER GB887'.

Step 6: Front Axle Assembly

Assemble 60mm length links and 95mm length shocks to the front axles using 2pcs M3 x 25mm screws.

Step 7: Front Drive Shaft Assembly

Assemble the 65-81mm driver shaft to the front axles.

Step 8: Gear Box to YUE ONE Chassis Assembly

Attach the assembled gearbox to the YUE ONE chassis. The YUE ONE chassis is made of black carbon fiber material with 'RHINO' branding.

Step 9: Lower Link to YUE ONE Chassis Assembly

Assemble the lower links to the YUE ONE chassis.

Step 10: Carrier to YUE ONE Chassis Assembly

Attach the carrier component to the YUE ONE chassis.

Step 11: Bent Link and Shock to Rear Axle Assembly

Assemble the bent link and shock to the rear axle using M3 x 25mm screws.

Step 12: 190mm Bent Link to YUE ONE Chassis Assembly

Assemble the 190mm bent link to the YUE ONE chassis using M3 x 20mm screws and d3-D6 x 5mm spacers.

Step 13: 100mm Length Link to Rear Link Assembly

Assemble the 100mm length link to the rear link assembly.

Step 14: 100mm Length Link to YUE ONE Chassis Assembly

Assemble the 100mm length link to the YUE ONE chassis using M3 x 20mm screws and d3-D6 x 5mm spacers.

Step 15: 101-154mm Driver Shaft Assembly

Assemble the 101-154mm driver shaft.
