Product Overview

The Noctua NF-A12x25 G2 PWM is the second generation of the highly acclaimed NF-A12x25 fan, building upon its success with further enhancements. Constructed from Sterrox® liquid crystal polymer (LCP), it features an extremely narrow blade tip clearance of only 0.5mm. The fan boasts an optimized Progressive Bend impeller with winglets, Flow Acceleration Channels, and a new Centrifugal Turbulator hub, enabling the G2 version to surpass the performance of the original NF-A12x25, establishing it as Noctua's new flagship in the 120mm category.

Like its predecessor and the 140mm version, the NF-A12x25 G2 is a true all-rounder, delivering excellent results in all applications. This includes low-resistance, airflow-oriented tasks like case ventilation, as well as high-static-pressure scenarios such as heatsinks and water-cooling radiators.

For application-specific optimization, the NF-A12x25 G2's AAO (Advanced Acoustic Optimisation) frame can be combined with the included NA-AVG1 anti-vibration sealing lip for better sealing on radiators, or with the optional NA-IS1-12 spacer, which contributes to improved acoustics and higher flow rates in demanding "pull" configurations.

The 4-Pin PWM version supports fully automatic speed control via PWM headers and includes a Low-Noise Adaptor (L.N.A.) that reduces the maximum speed from 1800 to 1500 rpm in PWM mode. The extremely low-loss etaPERFTM motor with Smooth Commutation Drive 2 technology not only offers unprecedented energy efficiency and smooth running but also provides additional speed reserves when needed thanks to the new SupraTorqueTM function, maintaining constant fan speed even under high back pressure, thus achieving even better performance on coolers and radiators.

The overall package of the NF-A12x25 G2 is rounded off by Noctua's reference-class SSO2 bearing, a comprehensive accessory set, and a 6-year manufacturer's warranty.
