ZEISS EXTARO 300
Boosting efficiency. Simplifying visibility.
Experience Breakthrough Visualization
The ZEISS EXTARO 300 offers advanced visualization capabilities and an optimized workflow for procedures such as tympanoplasty, myringotomy, stapedectomy, mastoidectomy, and transoral laser surgery. It enables precise recognition of anatomical structures and identification of fine details, leading to better decision-making. Intuitive functionalities minimize interruptions and maximize focus on the surgery. Innovative data management solutions allow for capturing and recording photos and videos of every treatment, organized according to surgical needs.
The ZEISS EXTARO 300 helps save valuable time before, during, and after each surgical intervention, allowing you to focus on your patients.
Augmented Visualization
MultiSpectral Mode: Enhances contrast to better distinguish between vasculature and tissue, addressing challenges with low-color contrast in recognizing critical anatomical structures.
NoGlare Mode: Suppresses obtrusive light reflections, allowing for faster and more detailed distinction of anatomical details and artificial implants.
The ZEISS EXTARO 300 facilitates a more accurate assessment of the surgical situation for improved decision-making.
Visualization enhanced.

Single-Handed Operation
Adjustments or repositioning of the microscope can disrupt focus and consume valuable time. With the Mode Control button, the ZEISS EXTARO 300 allows activation of all visualization modes and camera functionalities without diverting attention from the surgical field. Its innovative balancing and movement system ensures frequent repositioning is not a burden. The Varioskop® 230 can be operated with a single finger for maximum ergonomics, effortlessly setting the field of view and focus over a wide working range of 200 to 430 mm.
Thanks to the ZEISS EXTARO 300, procedures can be performed with maximum focus and efficiency.
Best in class.
SpotLight
The SpotLight is a high-performance, high-quality light source designed to meet environmental needs, providing an efficient and reliable source of light.
Digital Data Management
Managing, organizing, and storing procedure-related images and videos can be time-consuming, especially with high patient throughput. The ZEISS Connect App simplifies visualizing, organizing, and archiving photos and videos from surgical cases. The Procedure Architect allows for organizing records according to customized workflows, transferring data wirelessly to your existing network for automated archiving.
ZEISS EXTARO 300 with the ZEISS Connect App offers an easy and efficient pathway to structured data management.
