Sound Control Technologies RC-SDA4+™ System Design Guide
Overview: This guide details the integration of the Sound Control Technologies RC-SDA4+™ system with various audio-visual components.
Central Hub: RC-SDA4+™
The RC-SDA4+™ by Sound Control Technologies serves as the central processing and distribution unit. It features multiple input and output ports for various devices.
Connections to RC-SDA4+™:
- Poly RPG500: Linked via RCC-H030-1.0M (HDCI Y Cable to HDMI/DB9) and an Audio Cable.
- PC Running Soft Codec: Connected using RCC-M003-1.0M (USB 3.0 A to A).
- Audio Mixer: Connected via a 3-Pin Phoenix to 8Pin Din cable. The mixer is indicated by two microphone symbols: ? ?.
- Power: Supplied by a WPS-12 30VDC (100-240V 47-63Hz Power Supply) [power-symbol].
- RS232 Control: Interface for a Sony IP10/RM-BR300 or Generic RS232 Controller.
Camera and Remote Control Interface
Camera control and video signal management are handled by the RC4-CET™ (Camera End) unit from Sound Control Technologies.
Connections to RC4-CET™:
- From RC-SDA4+™: Via RCC-C005-0.3M (Serial Visca + Power Patch).
- To Aver CAM520 Pro:
- Video Signal: RCC-C001-0.3M (HDMI to HDMI).
- Power and Control: PPC-022-0.3M (RJ11 to 5.5mm x 2.1mm).
