Product Overview
The Thermacell MR300B Mosquito Repeller is designed for outdoor use to create a mosquito-free zone. It utilizes repellent mats and a butane cartridge to generate a protective vapor.

- Mats change from pale blue to white when depleted.
- Visible vapor indicates operation (normal).

Directions for Use
To Use the Mosquito Repeller:
- Allow 10 to 30 minutes for the product to take effect, depending on the area size.
- Works best in outdoor areas with minimal air movement.
- Mat Replacement: Remove one Thermacell Mosquito Repellent mat from its wrapper. Ensure the 'ON/OFF' switch is 'OFF'. Insert the mat under the appliance's black grill. To change mats, slide the 'ON/OFF' switch to 'OFF' and allow the appliance to cool completely. Push the used mat out with a fresh one.
- Appliance Setup: Remove the appliance cap. Screw the butane cartridge into the appliance opening clockwise until it stops. Replace the appliance cover.
- Operation: Slide the 'ON/OFF' switch to 'ON'. Butane gas will flow. Wait 5-10 seconds, then depress the start button three to five times rapidly.
When Finished: Slide the 'ON/OFF' switch to 'OFF'. Allow the appliance to cool completely before storage.
Checking Fuel Level:
Hold the appliance vertically and look through the slot on the back to see the butane level in the cartridge. Replace if empty.
Troubleshooting
No Orange Glow Through View Window:
- Repeat "To Turn ON" directions.
- Ensure the fuel cartridge is completely screwed in. Repeat "Turn On" directions.
- Check fuel level. Replace empty cartridge. Repeat "Turn On" directions.
Not Sure It's Working:
- Place product upwind for maximum effectiveness; windy conditions reduce performance.
- Check the repellent mat; it turns white when used up. Replace as per directions.
- Check fuel level and replace the cartridge if empty.

Precautions
- For outdoor use only. Do not use indoors, in tents, or enclosed areas.
- Do not touch the grill while the appliance is in use; it gets hot.
- Do not insert anything other than Thermacell mats into the appliance.
- Place on a flat, stable surface with the grill facing upward. Do not cover while in use.
- Clean with a damp cloth only when cool and inactive. Wash hands after use.
- Butane cartridges contain flammable, pressurized butane. Keep away from fire and flame. Protect from sunlight and temperatures above 50°C. Do not pierce or incinerate cartridges.
- Only Thermacell mats and cartridges will work in this appliance.
- Environmental Precautions: Highly toxic to fish; do not apply directly to water. Avoid drift to aquatic sites. High risk to beneficial invertebrates (e.g., honeybees); do not use where bees are foraging or on plants likely to be visited by bees.
Storage and Disposal
- Store in original container in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Do not store in direct sunlight.
- Store unused mats in original packaging in a cool, dry place inaccessible to children and pets.
- Store butane cartridges in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
- Wrap used mats and cartridges before placing in garbage. Do not incinerate cartridges.

If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre (Australia: 13 11 26; New Zealand: 0800 764766). Harmful if swallowed.
