- USB-C Female: Supports PD Charging with power up to 100 W (20 V / 5 A). For power only, not for data transfer.

- HDMI: Supports HDMI resolution up to 4K x 2K @ 30 HZ.
- Note: The USB-C port on your host device must support DP Alt Mode for this adapter to work properly.
Adapter Description
The adapter features a USB-C male plug for connecting to a host device. It has three output ports: a USB-A female port, an HDMI female port, and a USB-C female port for charging.
Compatibility
USB-C equipped Apple MacBooks and iPads, Windows computers, and Chrome OS devices.
Using Your Adapter
- Connect the USB-C male port of this device to a USB-C supported device.
- Connect the HDMI output of this device to an HDTV with an HDMI cable.
- Alternatively, connect the USB 3.0 output of this device to a USB 3.0/2.0 device with a USB cable.
- Alternatively, connect a USB-C power adapter to the USB-C charging port to charge your device while it's providing a video signal to your monitor.
Troubleshooting
My computer does not detect my USB device plugged into the USB-A port.
- Make sure that the USB device is not damaged, then plug it in again.
My computer does not detect the HDMI video output.
- Make sure that the USB-C port on your host device supports DP Alt Mode.
- Make sure that the HDMI monitor is operating normally.
- Make sure that the HDMI slot is not damaged, then plug it in again.
My display does not show 4K content.
- You need a display that supports 4K resolutions and you need 4K content on your source device.
- Make sure that your USB-C cable is capable of transmitting 4K content.
My computer is not providing power to the hub.
- Make sure that all cables are connected correctly.
- Make sure that your device is turned on.
