FEATURES

• Computer with an available USB 3.0 or 2.0 port.

• One 2K (2048 x 1152 @ 60 Hz) full-screen video playback

INSTALLING THE DRIVER

1. Make sure that your computer is connected to the internet.
2. Plug the adapter into a USB port on your computer. The driver installs automatically.
   Note: If the driver doesn't automatically install, see "Manually installing the Windows driver."

Manually installing the Windows driver:

If the driver doesn't install automatically, you can download and install it from the internet.

1. Go to www.insigniaproducts.com.
2. Search for NS-PU32H4A, then select the Support & Downloads tab to download the installation software.
3. On the software license agreement page, click Accept. The driver file downloads.
4. Open the downloaded *.EXE file, then follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.

UNINSTALLING THE DRIVER

1. In the Control Panel, open Programs and Features.
2. Select Insignia USB3.0 Display Adapter, then click Uninstall.

ADJUSTING DISPLAY SETTINGS

1. Right-click your computer's desktop, then select Display from the pop-up menu.
2. Use the available options to change your displays' settings.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Drivers don't work or won't install.

• Uninstall the driver, and then reinstall it.
• Make sure that no other USB to graphics drivers (for example, Displaylink software) are installed on your Windows computer (except for Windows 10). If there are other USB to graphics drivers, uninstall them, then reinstall your adapter's drivers again.
• Make sure that your graphics card drivers are up to date.

Not displaying correctly on my monitor.

• Check your display settings. See "ADJUSTING DISPLAY SETTINGS" for more information.
