Bag Filter Housing Series
FLOWLINE™ & FLOWLINE II
Available in carbon or stainless steel for filter bag sizes 01 or 02. Features an easy-open cover with an integral handle, 1/4" vent or gauge ports, and "no tools" closures. FLOWLINE II offers a one-piece body design.
POLYLINE™
Constructed with glass fiber reinforced polypropylene or PVDF, offering superior corrosion resistance and high-pressure/temperature capabilities. Features a single injection-molded body for enhanced integrity.
SIDELINE™
A mid-priced, investment-cast filter suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications. Features a side inlet with an evacuation cover to prevent spillage, enabling clean and easy filter bag change-outs. Available in stainless steel and ASME coded.
TOPLINE™
A high-performance housing with investment-cast components. Its top inlet design requires less headroom and directs liquid flow through the cover, improving sealing, reducing product loss, and facilitating cleaner filter bag change-outs. ASME coded.
MAXILINE™ & PROLINE™
Multi-bag filter housings designed for high-volume applications requiring frequent filter bag changes. Available in configurations for 4 to 24 filter bags, with options for input/output positions, sizes, materials, and closure designs.
DUOLINE™
A multi-bag system comprising two single bag filter housings connected by a butterfly or ball valve assembly. This design allows for continuous process flow even during filter bag change-outs.
MODULINE™
A multi-bag filter housing system enabling continuous filtration and larger flow rates. Its flexible, compact, and efficient design allows for isolation of individual bag vessels and can be expanded with additional units.
Specification Codes
Eaton's specification codes allow for precise configuration of filter housings. Key elements include:
Ranges (Series): EBF (ECOLINE), FBF (FLOWLINE), SBL (FLOWLINE II), PBF (POLYLINE), SBF (SIDELINE), TBF (TOPLINE), MBF (MAXILINE Dome), MDE (MAXILINE Flat), PMBF (PROLINE 150 HE).
Materials: Stainless Steel (SS 316, SS 316 Ti, SS 304), Carbon Steel, HASTELLOY®, PVDF, Polypropylene, PVC, Uranus, Titanium.

- Automotive: Filtration for pre-treatment baths, e-coat, top coat, clear coat, primer, paint ring lines, parts cleaning fluids, lubricants, metal working fluids, and pump intake filters.
- Chemical: Catalyst recovery, removal of pipe scale, polishing of aqueous process fluids, alkalis, acids, solvents, emulsions, dispersions, and gel removal from resins.
- Electronics: Wafer and chip processing, electronic etching baths, photo-chemical polishing, and high-purity water filtration.
- Food and Beverage: Filtration of wine, spirits, beer, edible oils, carbon black, gelatin, liquid sugar, corn syrup, starch, milk, and soft drinks. Many products meet FDA and EC food processing standards.
- Metal Working: Filtration of hydraulic oil, pre-treatment systems, precious metal recovery, metal working fluids, and drawing compounds.
