Installation Guide: Y-DC-1201 Floating TV Stand Shelf
This document provides detailed instructions for assembling and installing the Y-DC-1201 floating TV stand shelf. It includes a comprehensive parts list, step-by-step assembly guidance, and crucial information for secure wall mounting, ensuring proper alignment and stability for your entertainment unit.
Wall Mounting Considerations
Before installation, consider the type of wall you are mounting to:
- For solid brick walls, load-bearing walls, and fired hollow brick walls, the unit is equipped with 10mm wall fittings (screws and anchors).
- If mounting to a wooden wall, ensure the wooden board is at least 15mm thick. In this case, you will need to purchase suitable automatic screws separately.
Visual Description: Diagrams show a screw and a wall plug (anchor), and a screw suitable for wooden walls. A ruler graphic indicates a minimum thickness of 15mm.

Hinge Adjustment
The hinges allow for precise adjustment of the door position.
- Adjust left/right: Turning the designated screw allows for horizontal adjustment of the door.
- Adjust Height: Turning the designated screw allows for vertical adjustment of the door.
- Adjust front/back: Turning the designated screw allows for adjustment of the door's depth.

Wall Mounting
Step 11: Prepare Wall for Mounting
Make 10mm expansion holes on the wall at the marked locations. Insert the wall plugs (1008) into these holes.
Diagram Description: Shows a drill making holes in a wall and wall plugs being inserted.
Step 12: Mount Unit to Wall
