Blaupunkt Product Warranty and Support Information

General Warranty Information

Blaupunkt Car Sound Systems and Accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty, while Blaupunkt Car Audio Systems are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing or material defects from the date of sale. Equipment requiring service should be directed to an authorized Blaupunkt Dealer.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty claims require the presentation of this warranty card along with the original invoice or sales receipt, which must include the date of purchase, model, serial number, and dealer's name.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorized repairs, additions, or modifications.
• Warranty is void if the product's type or serial number has been altered, deleted, removed, or made illegible.
• Periodic maintenance or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear is not covered.
• The warranty excludes damage to cabinetry, appearance items, user-attached antennas, recordings, tapes, discs, or damage from lightning or power surges.
• Improper installation, setup adjustment, and signal reception problems are not covered.
• Blaupunkt reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the terms and conditions are violated.
• Damage caused by the use of inferior quality wiring kits or damaged cassettes/CDs is not covered.

The extent of this warranty is limited to the value of the Blaupunkt equipment under warranty.
