How to Use
Scalp Massager
- Grab the scalp massager by the handle.
- Point the prongs towards the area desired to be massaged.
- Slowly and gently move the scalp massager back and forth on your scalp, neck, or shoulders.
Back Scratcher
- Grab the back scratcher by the handle.
- Pull the device from the bear claw end to extend it to the desired length.
- Slowly and gently move the back scratcher, with the bear claws pointing towards the area you are massaging, back and forth on your back, neck, shoulders, arms, or legs.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Your Medic Therapeutics product is covered by a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty. Medic Therapeutics will repair or replace your device at any time should it fail due to a defect in material or workmanship, subject to certain limitations.
This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from unauthorized or improper use, service, or repair. It also does not cover damage caused by accident, impact, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
Should your Medic Therapeutics product not function properly, please send your device to the repair center for evaluation. If your product cannot be repaired or serviced, Medic Therapeutics reserves the right to replace it with a similar or newer model.
A flat rate of $5.00 will be charged to cover a service evaluation fee and return shipping of your device. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
