7. In instances of excessive temperature or strange order, discontinue use and unplug immediately.
8. Do not use the power cord to drag or move the device.
9. Device not suitable for children or physical compromised or who have paralysis.
10. Do not insert any foreign objects into the device.
11. Use with caution if you are heat sensitive in any way.

1. This device is not to be used to treat or cure any medical conditions.
2. Do not use on pets.
3. Always consult a physician prior to use if any of the following pertain to you:
   • Pregnancy
   • Elderly
   • Skin rashes, infectious diseases, redness or scalds and burns

Storage and Cleaning

1. Prior to use, ensure the device has been unplugged and switched off. Then plug into the outlet and switch on.
2. Use a clean, dry cloth to clean the surface of the device.
3. Do not use a corrosive or harsh cleaning agent or detergent on the device.
4. After use, always unplug and store in a cool, dry place.
5. To ensure overall safety or damage to the device, do not use in a damp environment or in direct sunlight.

The Shiatsu Foot Massager features the following components:

• Latches: Used for securing the device.

Usage and Settings

1. Power Button: Turns the device on or off. The default time for the massager is 15 minutes.
2. Mode Button: Use to switch between 3 operating modes:
   • P1 Setting: Strength for both sole and pressure are adjustable. Heat can be turned off or on.
   • P2 Setting: Pressure massage with adjustable strength is on. Heat can be on or off.
   • P3: Sole massager is on. Heat can be on or off.
3. Strength Button: The default is set at midrange. Press the button to switch between 3 levels of pressure: L1 (Low), L2 (Midrange), L3 (High).
4. Timer Button: The default time is set for 15 minutes. Use to switch between 10, 15, and 20-minute time cycles.
5. Heating: Automatically switches on, indicated by the red LED light. To turn the heat off, press the Heat Button, and the LED light will also switch off.
6. Massager (Amplitude) Button: The default massager (amplitude) is set at midrange. Press to switch between E1 (low) and E2 (high) massaging levels.

Troubleshooting

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Your Medic Therapeutics Shiatsu Foot Massager is backed by a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty. Medic Therapeutics will repair or replace your device at any time should it fail due to a defect in material or workmanship, subject to certain limitations.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage that results from unauthorized or improper use, service, or repair. Further, it does not cover damage caused by accident, impact, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Should you discover your Medic Therapeutics Shiatsu Foot Massager is not functioning properly, please send your device to our repair center for evaluation. If your product cannot be repaired or serviced, Medic Therapeutics reserves the right to change it for a similar or newer model.

A flat rate of $35.00 will be charged to cover a service evaluation fee and return shipping of your device. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
