Device Description

The Abestorm OZ-G2000 utilizes ambient oxygen as a molecular compound. It draws in surrounding air and performs a discharge procedure, breaking diatomic oxygen molecules into single oxygen atoms (free radicals). These atomic oxygen radicals then recombine with oxygen molecules to form ozone (O3).

The OZ-G2000 is a potent oxidant with high reaction potential, making it effective for decomposing destructive airborne substances. The free radicals within the OZ-G2000 molecule react with various substances in the air, even at low concentrations. This oxidative decomposition process helps eliminate pollutants and odors by neutralizing viruses, bacteria, molds, and allergenic microorganisms found in the air, on floors, walls, or ceilings.

After the reaction, the OZ-G2000 molecules convert back into oxygen molecules. Unoxidized OZ-G2000 molecules naturally decompose into oxygen over time, leaving no harmful residues. In indoor environments under normal conditions, the half-life of OZ-G2000 is approximately 30 to 60 minutes, meaning its concentration in indoor air reduces by at least half every hour.

Structure of the OZ-G2000

The device comprises the following main components:

The diagram illustrates the external layout and key internal components, including the handle, air inlet, wind panel, foot pads, fan, ozone generator, LED display, and circuit board.

Operation

Switch States

  1. The default power-on state is shutdown. Only the border lights on the LCD are active (backlight turns off after 30 seconds of inactivity).
  2. Pressing the "POWER" button activates the HOLD working state, where the machine runs continuously at the set gear.
  3. Setting the "CLOCK" timer allows for timed operation, typically in 30-minute intervals (e.g., cycle between 00:00 and 02:00). When CLOCK is active, HOLD is off, and CLOCK is on.

Note: When "PERIOD" is not set, the PERIOD indicator is off, signifying a single scheduled shutdown.

Setting the "PERIOD" button cycles through 0, 12, and 24 hours. A setting of 0 is invalid. A 12-hour setting means the cycle will repeat after 12 hours of shutdown, functioning as a cycle mode.

Gears

  1. The default starting gear is 1. The fan and the OZ-G2000 output have 5 gears each.
  2. The fan speed is not regulated by a thyristor; the gear size is determined by the delay after detecting the zero crossing.

Generally, the OZ-G2000 will decompose into oxygen within approximately one hour. If a person remains in the treated area for an extended period, the strong ozone smell should not be noticeable.

Overall Workflow for Odor Neutralization and Cleaning

  1. Place the Abestorm OZ-G2000 machine in the center of the room.
  2. Ensure the equipment and connecting cables are undamaged.
  3. Connect the power cable to the device and a power source, observing the technical parameters.
  4. Set the timer to the desired run time.
  5. Turn on the device. The display panel will illuminate, and the cleaning cycle will commence immediately. The machine will automatically shut down once the preset time has elapsed.

Warning and Treatment Time Guidelines

Warning: The risk of OZ-G2000 causing harm to the human body!

During use, if you smell OZ-G2000 outside the designated working area, stop the machine immediately and ventilate the room thoroughly.

The following table provides general reference values for determining the processing time based on room size and the type of smell:

Type of Smell The treatment time is in min
Room size < 30 m³ 30 m³ < Room size < 60 m³
Disinfectant 15 30
Car Interior 20 40
From Animals, Cooking and Waste 20 40
Burning / Chemical 40 60
The Musty Smell After Water Damage 40 60
Secondary Effects of a Burning Smell and Organic Matter 40-240 60 - 480
Amine / Amide (urea), Open-chain Hydrocarbon Compound (e.g. Butyric Acid) 360 720
Amino Acids / Proteins Containing Nitrogen and Sulfur (vomit) 360 720

Mistakes and Shortcomings

The equipment has undergone multiple checks for normal function during production. If faults persist, consult the following list:

Warning: Electric shock is life-threatening!

Before performing any operation on the device, unplug the power cord from the socket. Do not bypass any electrical safety devices!

To ensure normal and trouble-free operation, the equipment must be cleaned and maintained regularly.

Problem Cause Solution
Device does not work. Power is not turned on. Plug the plug into the socket.
The connection parameters do not match the technical specifications. Check the connection to the main line. Connection parameters: 110 V / 60Hz, 1.2A.
The fuse is blown. Replace the damaged fuse. Be careful! The fuse does not need to be repaired but must be replaced immediately. In most cases, a blown fuse indicates a serious technical failure. Please have authorized service personnel replace each fuse.
The power plug is damaged. Disconnect the power supply of the device and check whether the power plug and connecting cable are damaged.
Loud noise. This device is placed in an uneven place. Place the device on a flat, solid, dry surface.
Damage to the fan and/or its bearings. Let certified personnel inspect the equipment.
Even if the cleaning process has been completed, the odor pollution still persists with the same intensity. Reactor damage. Send the equipment to a certified professional workshop for repair.

Maintenance

Warning: Electric shock is life-threatening!

Before performing any operation on the device, unplug the power plug from the socket. Do not bypass any electrical safety devices!

Warning: Inhalation of OZ-G2000 can cause injury!

After the equipment stops running, wait for a period to ensure the OZ-G2000 concentration is below the specified safe level before performing maintenance and cleaning.

Regular maintenance is crucial for ensuring the normal and trouble-free operation of the equipment. The type and frequency of maintenance tasks depend on the operating environment and usage patterns. Dust and moisture accumulation inside the component can affect its function and efficiency. In dusty environments or after a fire (indicating high humidity), inspection and maintenance should be carried out immediately.

Principles for Determining Equipment Operation and Maintenance Intervals:

Perform maintenance if one or more of the following signs appear, regardless of operating conditions:

House Cleaning

Clean the exterior case with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth. Ensure no moisture enters the enclosure. Prevent electrical components from getting wet. Do not use harsh cleaning agents such as cleaning sprays, solvents, alcohol-based cleaning agents, or abrasives.

Cleaning Components

Regular maintenance includes checking the normal condition of the equipment and its accessories, as well as thoroughly cleaning the equipment and its components.

Proceed As Follows: Clean the fan

  1. Remove the screws on the dust cover.
  2. Remove the shell.
  3. Disassemble and clean the fan. Always check if the fan is working properly. For light contamination, use a vacuum cleaner or a damp cloth. For serious contamination, clean with a soap solution. Ensure the fan is completely dry before reinserting.

Clean Electrode

The electrode can be cleaned in its built-in state. Before cleaning, check for cracks and do not use damaged parts. Use a dry (lint-free) or damp cloth to clean the components. After cleaning, ensure no fibers remain on the electrode. Do not use the device before the electrodes are completely dry.
