Setup
1. Stake the product (1) into the ground with the ground spike (2-4) at the desired location.
Note: To prevent damage from flooding, never place the product directly on the ground.
Note: Do not apply force (e.g., hammering) when setting up to avoid damage.
2. Align the product with the built-in motion sensor (1a) towards the area to be monitored. Ensure the area is unimpeded by obstacles.
Figure B illustrates the assembly process: inserting the unit (1) with the ground spike (2-4) into the soil and aligning the motion sensor (1a).
Operation
Adjusting the Motion Sensor
Adjust the sensitivity of the motion sensor using the control unit (1b). If movement is detected, the product produces sound or a flashing light for about 30 seconds.
Note: Maximum detection range (approx. 8m) is achieved at the "MAX" position.
Adjusting the Sound Frequency
Set the desired program using the control unit (1c).
Note: A single beep confirms program selection.
Note: Sound frequencies from 0.016kHz up to 20kHz are generally perceptible to humans. Position the product out of hearing distance if it emits frequencies in this range.
Note: The product does not affect electronic devices like pacemakers or garage door openers.
Figure C shows the controls: motion sensor sensitivity (1b) and sound frequency program selection (1c).
Programs

Charging the Rechargeable Battery
The rechargeable battery is already charged upon delivery.
Note: The battery status is indicated by a red LED (1d) on the charge level indicator when the device is switched on.
Red LED | Description |
---|---|
Light flashes rapidly | The rechargeable battery needs to be charged. |
Does not light up (no sound effect possible) | Low voltage; the rechargeable battery must be charged immediately. |
Light flashes slowly | The rechargeable battery is being charged. |
Lights up | The rechargeable battery is fully charged. |
Figure D illustrates charging: solar panel (1e), USB port (1f), LED indicator (1d), and connection to a laptop (3) via USB cable (5).
Charging with the Solar Panel
Position the product so the solar panel (1e) is exposed to direct sunlight for optimal charging.
The solar panel requires at least 8 hours of direct sunlight to fully charge the battery.
Note: Charging occurs regardless of the selected program.
Charging with the USB Cable
When sunlight is limited, use the supplied USB cable (5) for full charging.
Note: Charging must be done indoors as the open USB port (1f) compromises splash protection.
1. Set the sound frequency control (1c) to program "0" during charging to prevent malfunctions.
2. Connect end (5a) of the USB cable (5) to the product's USB port.
3. Connect the other end (5b) of the USB cable to a powered USB port on a laptop or charging station.
