Electrical Connection
The electrical connection features three terminals:
- Terminal 1: Input
- Terminal 2: Output Normally Open (NO)
- Terminal 3: Output Normally Closed (NC)
Connections are made to the pressure switch enclosure. Important: Use only the accompanying plug, even when replacing components. [!]
Dimensions and Connections
The pressure switches are equipped with a G 1/4 threaded connection for mounting, and a flange connection option is also available.
Key Dimensions:
- Overall length: Approximately 73 mm to 84 mm
- Width/depth: Approximately 30 mm to 65 mm
- Height: Approximately 88 mm to 70 mm
Cable entry sizes include Pg11 and Pg13.5.
Torque Specifications
Proper torque is essential for secure installation:
- Connection torque: 1.5 ± 0.5 Nm
- Mounting torque: 4-5 Nm
- Electrical connection torque: 0.2 ± 0.1 Nm
Operating Conditions
Operating Temperature: -10 °C to 85 °C
Hysteresis: The switches feature fixed hysteresis, indicated by a graph showing pressure changes over time.
