• All open ends must be sealed before use.
• The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; the entire luminaire must be replaced at the end of its lifespan.
• To reduce the risk of strangulation, the flexible cable connected to this luminaire must be securely fastened to the wall if it is within reach.
• Do not remove or insert luminaires while the luminaire is connected to power.
• Do not connect luminaires to the power source while they are in the packaging.
• The light source and any separate control device are not intended for use in other applications. They are for ambient lighting only, not for general illumination.

The control unit of this product contains a microphone used to detect changes in music and sound rhythm for synchronized lighting effects.

Introduction

Thank you for choosing Govee outdoor garden lighting. Based on your garden layout, you can adjust the height and orientation of the lights and easily secure them using the included ground stakes. The lights feature several preset scene modes to bring pleasant illumination to your yards. Additionally, the built-in microphone inside the control box allows for light and sound synchronization.

Product Components

The package includes the following components:

• Power Adapter: Connects the system to a power source.
• Control Unit: The central hub for managing the lights, featuring cable lengths of approximately 5m (from adapter), 0.5m (between control unit and first light), and 2m (between lights).
• Lamp A (2x): Angled light fixtures.
• Lamp B (2x): Angled light fixtures.
• Pole Sections (4x): Vertical segments used to extend the height of the garden lights.
• Lamp Base (2x): Provides a stable platform for mounting the lights, designed to hold the ground stake.
• Ground Stake (2x): A pointed stake that inserts into the ground, attaching to the lamp base for secure placement.

Assembly and Installation

Assembled Product Overview

The product consists of two garden lights, each assembled with bases, pole sections, and light fixtures. Before installation, ensure the lights function correctly by connecting them together, to the control box, and the power adapter, then plugging into a power source. After confirmation, disconnect, disassemble, and prepare the lights for installation.

Installation Options

The package contents can be used to install two garden lights with two optional heights. The garden lights can be installed using up to three pole sections. Lamp B can also be installed between pole sections.

Visual Description of Options:

• Option 1: A light fixture mounted on a single pole section.
• Option 2: A light fixture mounted on two pole sections.
• Option 3: A light fixture mounted on three pole sections.
• Additional note: Lamp B can be installed in any orientation.

Assembly Steps

Complete the assembly of lamps A and B onto the pole and base according to the order shown in the diagram below:

Visual Description of Assembly Diagram:

• Start with Lamp A and Lamp B.
• Feed the input wires of lamps A and B through the pole sections. Ensure the two connectors are spread out, one in front and one in back, to avoid snagging inside the pole's inner wall.
• Connect the pole sections together.
• Attach the assembled pole to the base.
• Screws are used to secure each connection point between lamps, poles, and the base. [Screw symbol]

Using the Ground Stake

Insert the input wire into the cable channel of the base and secure the ground stake under the lamp base using a screw. [Screw symbol]

Installation Steps

1. Connect the two assembled garden lights to the output cable of the control unit and tighten the waterproof caps.
2. Position the two garden lights in their desired locations. The power cable length between them is 2 meters.
3. Note: When installing, hold the light's pole and push the ground stake into the soil. Do not hold or push the lamps at their ends.
4. If installing into hard soil, you can remove the top cover, push the garden light vertically into the ground, and then reattach the cover.
5. Connect the power cable at the front of the control box to the power adapter and tighten the waterproof caps.
6. Turn on the power to start using the garden lighting.

App Connectivity

Pairing with Govee Home App

What you need:

• A Wi-Fi router supporting 2.4 GHz bands and 802.11 b/g/n (5 GHz is not supported).
• A smartphone or tablet with iOS or Android operating system.

Pairing Instructions:

1. Download the Govee Home App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
3. Open the app, tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner, and search for "H7086".
4. Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.

Matter Integration Guide

How to use the Matter App:

1. Find the Matter QR code or device ID on the product or in the "Device Settings" page within the Govee Home app.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone and keep it enabled.
3. Download and open an app that supports Matter, such as Amazon Alexa, Google Home, or Apple HomeKit.
4. Use the device ID or QR code in the app to complete the Matter network connection for the device.

Important:

• For first-time Matter use, complete the network connection with Matter-supporting apps (e.g., Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomeKit) within 15 minutes after powering on the product. IPv6 network is required. Changing networks may cause the Matter system to malfunction.
• If the device cannot connect to the Matter ecosystem app network, navigate to "Device Settings" and reset the device to factory settings before attempting to reconnect.
• If you need to change networks while using the Matter app, close the Govee Home App and power off the device. Then, power it on again and complete the network connection with Matter-supporting apps (e.g., Amazon Alexa/Google Home/Apple HomeKit etc.) within 15 minutes.

Troubleshooting

Cannot connect to Govee Home App

• Check if the lamp is powered on.
• Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone, or try connecting the lamp to another smartphone.
• Ensure the smartphone is close to the lamp during the first connection.
• If the problem persists, go to the "Devices" page, remove the device, and reconnect following the previous instructions.

Cannot connect to Wi-Fi

• Check if the lamp is powered on.
• Do not skip the Wi-Fi connection during the pairing process.
• Ensure your Wi-Fi router supports the 2.4 GHz frequency (5 GHz is not supported).
• Ensure you entered the correct Wi-Fi password during the Wi-Fi connection process.
• Reduce the distance between the device and the Wi-Fi router to less than 1.5m and try reconnecting.
• Use another smartphone to check the Wi-Fi connection.

Cannot pair or connect to Alexa or Google Assistant

• Check if the Wi-Fi connection is stable.
• Navigate to the app's Settings page and follow the instructions in the "User Manual" section to re-pair the device.
