1. Before You Start
⚠ Sends audio to Auracast devices.
Supports hearing aids for multi-play. See Compatible Devices.
Default mode: Classic Bluetooth. To switch to Hearing Aid mode: Press the [Auracast button] ◼ once. The LED blinks orange every 5 seconds. If it does not, hold the button for 3 seconds.
2. What's in the Box
Inside your package, you'll find:
- Audikast 4 Transmitter (Image: A small black rectangular audio transmitter with an antenna, buttons for power, volume up/down, and an Auracast/Bluetooth indicator.)
- Type C power cable (Image: A USB Type-C cable.)
- Optical audio cable (Image: A black audio cable with TOSLINK connectors on both ends.)
- AUX 3.5mm audio cable (Image: A black audio cable with 3.5mm jack connectors on both ends.)
4. Compatible Devices
4.1 Auracast-Enabled
Connect via your hearing aid's companion app, or an Auracast Assistant (e.g., Samsung S24).

4.3 Choose How to Use

5. Use With App
- Connect Audikast 4 to power.
- Turn it ON.
- Press the [Auracast button] ◼ once. The Auracast LED blinks orange every 5 seconds. If not, hold the button for 3 seconds.
- On your hearing aid's app, navigate to LE Audio/Auracast.

6. Use With Samsung Phone
6.1 Power Audikast 4
Find Samsung Phone Alternatives.
- Connect Audikast 4 to power.
- Turn it ON.
- Press the [Auracast button] ◼ once. The Auracast LED blinks orange every 5 seconds. If not, hold the button for 3 seconds.
6.2 Connect Hearing Aids
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, then select your hearing aids.
- Tap the settings icon ⚙ and turn on LE Audio.

7. Connect With TV
Select audio source connection:

7.1 Connect the Optical Cable
Plug in the optical audio cable to connect Audikast 4 and your TV.

7.2 Set TV Audio Output
- Go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output, then select Optical.
- Set output audio to PCM to avoid no sound.
- Play a video. The audio signal should stay solid.

7.3 Connect the AUX Cable
Plug in the AUX audio cable to connect Audikast 4 and your TV.

7.4 Set Up TV Audio
- Go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output, then select Headphones.
- Play a video. The audio signal should stay solid.

8. Advanced Features
8.1 Auracast Standard Setup
Auracast audio devices like Avantree Infinity and HomeBuddy support both Auracast modes.
For better sound, switch to Auracast Standard mode:
Press and hold the [Auracast button] ◼ for 3 seconds. The LED stays orange.

8.2 Bluetooth Setup
- Disable phone Bluetooth, then enter pairing mode on your headphones.
- Plug in Audikast 4 and turn it ON.
- Press the [Bluetooth button] ◼ once. The LED blinks red & blue. If it does not pair, hold the [Bluetooth button] ◼ for 2 seconds. Once connected, the LED stays blue.

8.3 Reset Bluetooth Pairing
- Plug in Audikast 4 and turn it ON.
- Press and hold the [Volume +] and [Volume -] buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
- All LEDs stay on for 2 seconds. The Bluetooth LED then blinks blue every 5 seconds. This action clears all previous pairings and enters pairing mode.

9. Common Errors & Fixes
- Connection failed? Ensure your hearing aids are compatible. Check the FAQ for the latest list.
- TV Audio Signal Valid? The audio signal must be solid. If flashing:
- Check all cables are secure.
- For Optical connection: Set TV audio to PCM.
- For AUX connection: Set TV audio to Headphones.
- Still no sound? Make sure Audikast 4 is in Hearing Aid mode.
