Troubleshooting
Cannot Pair?
Ensure your Bluetooth headphone/speaker is in Bluetooth Pairing Mode. Refer to your headphone/speaker's user manual for details.
No Sound?
Check if the "A" indicator on the transmitter is solid (not flashing). If it is solid, the device is connected. If there is still no sound, adjust your TV's audio output settings as suggested in the manual or contact your TV manufacturer for support.
Short Range / Audio Cuts / Static Sound?
- Unstable Bluetooth Connection: Factory reset both the transmitter and the headphone/speaker.
- Wireless Signal Interference: Move the device away from potential sources of interference such as WiFi routers, TV sticks, or other RF audio transmitters.
- Short Work Range of Headphone: The working range is determined by both devices. Double-check the working range of your headphone/speaker as stated in its manual.

Powering Up the Transmitter
Power the transmitter using the provided micro-USB cable. You can connect it to a USB port on your TV or a wall plug using a compatible USB adapter (5V/500mA-2A).
Preparation Before Setup
- Using with Sound System: If your TV is already connected to a sound system (e.g., Sound Bar, AV receiver, external speaker), use the Oasis Plus's unique "bypass" feature. Refer to Section 1 for instructions.
- Using with TV Only: Refer to Section 2.
- Using as a Bluetooth Receiver: If you are enabling Bluetooth on your speaker or sound system, refer to Section 3.
Section 1: Connect Transmitter to your TV with Sound System
The unique "Bypass" feature allows simultaneous use of the Oasis Plus and your sound system. Both can share the same Optical or Headphone port on the TV.
Ensure you use the same type of input/output connection:
- If using an OPTICAL cable with the TV, use an OPTICAL cable to connect to the sound system.
- If using an AUX/RCA cable with the TV, use an AUX/RCA cable to connect to the sound system.
When the transmitter is turned off, audio will still play through your sound system without needing to unplug anything. To listen only via Bluetooth headphones, turn off your sound system.
Check your TV's audio output and select the correct cable for setup. Refer to Section 2 for detailed steps.
Section 2: Connecting the Transmitter to your TV
Pair and Connect to Bluetooth Headphones/Receiver
- Slide the Mode switch to the "TX" position.
- Slide the LL/HD switch to either "LL" (for TV watching) or "HD priority" (for music streaming).
- Pair the Oasis Plus with your Bluetooth audio device:
- First-time use: The Oasis Plus automatically enters pairing mode; the "TX" LED will flash GREEN & WHITE quickly.
- Subsequent use: Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds to enter pairing mode.
- Put your headphones/speaker into PAIRING MODE (refer to their user manual).
- Keep the devices close and wait. Once connected, the "TX" LED will stop flashing, and LED A will light up solid.
Reconnect
The transmitter will automatically reconnect to the last connected device when it is powered on. Alternatively, reboot the transmitter and wait 5-10 seconds for reconnection.
If LED "A" is solid, the connection is active. The next step is to route audio from your TV to the transmitter.
If you still cannot hear audio after following the steps, adjust your TV's audio output settings as suggested or contact the TV manufacturer.

Check your audio source output options before connecting.
If your TV has Optical Out:
