IKEA Targówek Store and Parking Regulations, Complaint Submission, and Special Warranty Rules (JDG)
I. General Provisions
1. These regulations define the rules for using the IKEA Targówek store, including the IKEA Targówek premises (hereinafter referred to as the "Store"), the parking area, and internal roads (hereinafter referred to as the "Parking"), as well as the rules for submitting complaints and special warranty conditions for sole proprietors (JDG) as defined in point IV.4 of these Regulations.
2. The Store and Parking are private areas managed by IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Janki, Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn. The company has a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00 and is registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
II. Rules for Using the Store and Parking
1. During the Store's opening hours, the following are permitted:
- a) Staying on the Store and Parking premises exclusively by persons using the Store (hereinafter referred to as "Client").
- b) Free parking of vehicles in the Parking area by Clients.
2. The following are prohibited on the Store and Parking premises:
- a) Conducting advertising, promotional, commercial, or service activities – these may only be carried out with the prior written consent of the Store Management.
- b) Littering, polluting, or vandalizing the Store and Parking.
- c) Parking broken-down, damaged vehicles, or vehicles transporting hazardous materials.
- d) Repairing or cleaning vehicles, or changing vehicle fluids (including coolant, fuel, oil).
- e) Any actions that may pose a threat to the safety of people or property.
- f) Any actions that disrupt the use of the Store or Parking by Clients.
- g) Any other actions that are contrary to applicable Polish law.
- h) Bringing and possessing dangerous items, explosives, all types of weapons, including firearms and bladed weapons, regardless of their form or type, as well as ammunition. This does not apply to authorized personnel on duty (e.g., Police and other services) or those performing their professional duties requiring the carrying of weapons (e.g., security guards, escorts).
3. Within the Store premises, IKEA permits the entry of animals under the following conditions (excluding the Restaurant area and other IKEA catering points):
- a) For the purposes of this Regulation, "animals" exclusively refers to domestic animals as defined in Article 4, point 17 of the Act of August 21, 1997, on the Protection of Animals (consolidated text, Journal of Laws No. 111, item 724, as amended).
- b) Animals may only be on the IKEA store premises in the presence and under the supervision of their adult guardians.
- c) Only animals with valid mandatory vaccinations, depending on the species (e.g., for dogs, a valid rabies vaccination), are permitted on the IKEA store premises. This obligation is imposed by the Act on Animal Health Protection and Combating Animal Infectious Diseases, Article 56.
- d) Animal guardians are obliged to maintain constant and effective supervision of their animals. If animals leave waste on the IKEA store premises, guardians are obliged to remove it immediately and inform store employees about the situation. Animal guardians are obliged to make every effort to ensure that the animals they bring are as unobtrusive as possible to others and do not pollute the IKEA store premises or pose a threat to other Clients.
- e) Animal guardians bear full responsibility for the behavior of their animals and any damage caused by them in the IKEA store.
- f) Animals that behave in a disruptive manner, are aggressive, or may pose a threat to others may not be brought onto the IKEA store premises.
- g) Animals may only be brought in on a leash or in specially designed carriers, and dogs must also wear a muzzle. IKEA does not provide carriers or muzzles required for entry into the store.
- h) Leaving animals unattended within the IKEA store is prohibited.
- i) On the store premises and outside, the use of IKEA store trolleys and bags for transporting animals is prohibited.
- j) IKEA does not permit animals in the IKEA Restaurant or other IKEA catering points. This prohibition applies to the entire area of the IKEA Restaurant and other IKEA catering points, including seating areas and relaxation zones. An exception to this rule applies to guide dogs, which persons with disabilities may bring and move around the entire IKEA store with.
- k) Violation of these Regulations may result in the Client being asked to leave the store with the animal, as well as other legal consequences specified in the relevant legal provisions, including the Civil Code and the Code of Offenses.
4. The following persons are prohibited from being on the Store and Parking premises:
- a) Perpetrators of property theft and other criminal offenses, who have previously been apprehended on the Store or Parking premises for committing an offense.
- b) Persons violating the law and disturbing public order.
- c) Persons posing a threat to other individuals or property.
- d) Persons behaving in a manner that is disruptive to others or causes disgust to those around them.
- e) Persons visibly under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances.
III. Special Parking Regulations
1. The Parking is unsupervised. Vehicles may only be left for the purpose of visiting the Store and only in designated parking spaces. Parking on the lines designating parking spaces is prohibited.
2. Leaving a vehicle in the Parking area does not constitute a storage agreement within the meaning of Article 835 of the Civil Code.
3. On the Parking, access roads, and internal roads, the provisions of the Road Traffic Act (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 110) apply. Parking users are obliged to comply with the Road Traffic Act, all road signs, horizontal and vertical markings used in the Parking area, and traffic organization rules.
4. Parking vehicles in the Parking area during the Store's opening hours is free of charge.
5. Parking vehicles in the Parking area after the Store's opening hours is prohibited.
6. In the event of parking vehicles in the Parking area after the Store's opening hours or using the Parking in a manner that violates these Regulations, the vehicle owner or the person who left the vehicle in the Parking will be charged a fee for unauthorized parking at a rate of PLN 50 per hour.
7. Regardless of the right to charge the above fees, leaving a vehicle in the Parking area after the Store's opening hours or using the Parking in a manner that violates these Regulations entitles the Company to remove (tow) the vehicle from the Parking at the owner's expense.

9. For matters related to vehicle towing, please contact the persons indicated in point V.4 of the Regulations.
IV. Complaints and Limitation of Warranty Rights for JDG
1. All complaints should be submitted:
- a) Directly at the relevant IKEA Customer Service Department in written form.
- b) By mail to the IKEA store address (Head of Customer Service Department).
- c) By phone to the IKEA Home line number.
- d) Via the complaint form available on the website: Reklamacje w IKEA - IKEA.
- e) Via IKEA Chat available on the website: Skontaktuj się z nami – IKEA - IKEA.
- f) Via Facebook Messenger on the official IKEA profile.
2. When submitting a complaint, the Client should provide the following information: the Client's first and last name or company name, the reason for the complaint, the order number and date of order fulfillment (if available), the Client's address, and proof of purchase of the goods (if available).
3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt by IKEA.
4. For a Client who is a natural person and has entered into an agreement with IKEA directly related to their economic activity ("JDG"), where the content of the agreement indicates that it does not have a professional character for them, resulting in particular from the subject of the economic activity performed by them, made available on the basis of provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, Article 5615 of the Civil Code does not apply.
V. Final Provisions
1. Persons responsible for the security of the Store and Parking are authorized to control compliance with the Regulations. They may ask persons violating the Regulations, or persons behaving in a manner inconsistent with generally accepted principles of social coexistence, to leave the Store or Parking premises. This particularly applies to behavior that may disturb the peace of Clients and visitors to the Store.
2. Prices of goods displayed at the point of sale are valid only within the scope of the specified sales channel.
3. Persons using the Store and Parking are obliged to familiarize themselves with the Regulations.
4. Feedback regarding the use of the Store and Parking can be reported to the Customer Service Department of the IKEA Targówek store or by phone at (22) 275 00 00.
5. The Regulations are available on information boards located at the entrances to the Parking and at the entrance to the Store premises, as well as on the website: https://www.ikea.com/pl/pl/stores/targowek/
6. The Company is authorized to introduce changes to the Regulations. Changes to the terms of the Regulations will not affect the Client's rights acquired by the Client before the changes to the Regulations come into force.
7. The Regulations are effective from 01.07.2025.
