Please ensure that all people using the device have read and understood the assembly and operating instructions. These instructions must be regarded as part of the product and kept in a safe place for future reference. Ensure that the safety and maintenance instructions are followed exactly. Any use that deviates from these instructions may result in health damage, accidents, or damage to the device, for which the manufacturer and distributor cannot accept any liability.
Personal Safety
Before starting to use the device, consult your family doctor to determine whether the use is suitable for you from a health point of view. This is especially important for individuals with a hereditary predisposition to high blood pressure or heart disease, smokers, those with high cholesterol levels, who are overweight, and/or have not engaged in regular physical activity in the last year. If you are on medication that affects your heart rate, medical advice is essential.
Be alert for symptoms like dizziness, nausea, or chest tightness. If these occur, lower the water temperature or level, or take a break. Discontinue use immediately if symptoms worsen. Prolonged exposure to cold water can seriously jeopardize your health. If you experience any signs of weakness, nausea, dizziness, pain, shortness of breath, or other abnormal symptoms during use, stop immediately and consult a doctor in case of emergency.
This ice bathtub is not intended for infants. Use with caution to avoid drowning and consult a doctor for any specific medical conditions before using this product. Bathing may cause thirst; drink water afterward. Avoid exercise immediately after bathing. Never leave children, elderly, or individuals with impairments unattended. Ensure the room is well-ventilated.
Precautions
- In cold environments, warm the product with warm water before use to make it pliable.
- Always fill with cold water first, then add hot or warm water. Do not exceed 50°C (122°F) water temperature. Fill the tub no more than two-thirds full.
- A slight plastic smell is normal during the first use and will dissipate. The materials used are safe and non-toxic.
- Drain the water completely after use to prevent shortening the product's lifespan and causing deformation. Use the tub only in bathrooms or rooms with proper drainage.
- Avoid contact with sharp objects.
Assembly
Ensure all parts and tools listed in the parts list are present. Some parts may come pre-assembled. Keep children and animals away from the assembly area to avoid any risk of injury or suffocation from tools, packaging materials (e.g., foil), or small parts. Ensure you have enough space to move around during assembly.
Before using the device for the first time and at regular intervals, check the tightness of all screws, nuts, and other connections to ensure the safe operating condition of the device.
Location
Set up the device in a flat, stable, and dry place. Uneven surfaces can be compensated by adjustable parts of the device, if available. To protect sensitive surfaces from pressure marks and dirt, we recommend placing a floor protection mat underneath. The ice bathtub can be used both indoors and outdoors. Ensure the surface is flat and stable.
