Connecting Channel Outputs

Chilli Pro 12
The Chilli Pro 12 has the following knockouts:
- Top 2 x Ø50.0mm, 1 x Ø32.0mm
- Bottom 2 x Ø25.5mm
Appropriate cable glands should be fitted to the knockout holes provided to protect the mains cables from damage. The channel (load) cables are connected to the terminal strips located on the top right of the unit. The outputs will accept a maximum 6mm² cable. Based on the variant you have, the channel loads will be protected by either MCB or RCBO.
- Phase 1 (brown*): Channels 1, 4, 7, 10
- Phase 2 (black*): Channels 2, 5, 8, 11
- Phase 3 (grey*): Channels 3, 6, 9, 12

There is a dedicated terminal for the live and neutral of each output circuit. A shared Earth bus bar is mounted on the chassis of the dimmer.

The Chilli Pro 24 has the following knockouts:
- Top 4 x Ø50.0mm, 2 x Ø32.0mm
- Bottom 2 x Ø25.5mm

Channels 1 – 12 are located on the left hand side of the unit, and Channels 13 – 24 are located on the right hand side of the unit. The outputs will accept a maximum 6mm² cable. Based on the variant you have, the channel loads will be protected by either MCB or RCBO.
