Product Overview

The North Bayou F400 and F500 are Flexi Full Motion Wall Mounts designed for most TV sizes from 42" to 55".

Installation Steps

A1: Install Flexi Mount into Masonry or Solid Concrete

Step 1:

Mark mounting points on the wall. Use a level to ensure accuracy. Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and screws (refer to part list for specific hardware).

Step 2:

Drill holes of specified diameter (e.g., Ø10mm) at marked points. Ensure the depth is sufficient (e.g., 80mm).

Step 3:

Attach the main arm assembly (G) to the wall bracket using screws (H).

A2: Install Flexi Mount into Wood Stud

Step 1:

Locate wall studs. Mark mounting points on the wall, ensuring they align with the center of the studs. Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate screws.

Step 2:

Drill pilot holes of specified diameter (e.g., Ø4mm) into the wood studs. Ensure the depth is sufficient (e.g., 80mm).

Step 3:

Attach the main arm assembly (G) to the wall bracket using screws (H).

B: TV Installation

VESA: 100x100, 200x100mm, 200x200mm

Step 1:

Attach the VESA plate to the back of the TV using screws (B, C, D as appropriate). Ensure the correct orientation.

Step 2:

Mount the TV assembly onto the wall mount arm. Secure it using screws (E, F).

VESA: 300x200mm, 300x300mm, 400x200mm, 400x400mm

Step 1:

Assemble the VESA plate components (A) to achieve the desired VESA pattern. Secure using screws (F).

Step 2:

Attach the assembled VESA plate to the back of the TV using screws (B, C, D as appropriate).

Step 3:

Mount the TV assembly onto the wall mount arm. Secure it using screws (E, F).

C: AV Cables and Wires Routing

Route AV cables and wires through the designated channels on the mount arm. Secure them to prevent pinching or damage.

D: Setting Static Position (Tension Adjustment)

Use the adjustment screw (J) to set the desired tension for the arm. Clockwise rotation increases tension (for heavier TVs), and counter-clockwise rotation decreases tension (for lighter TVs).

• Ensure the TV is mounted before adjusting tension.
• Check your TV's packaging or manual for its net weight.
• Ensure the TV's net weight is within the 19.8-55 lbs (9-25kg) range.

E: Setting Tilt Angle and Horizontal Angle

Adjust the tilt angle of the TV between -5° and +15°. Adjust the horizontal swivel angle as needed (refer to diagrams for specific ranges).

Full Motion Adjustments

F400:

• Swivel: 180°
• Arm Extension: Up to 920mm
• Tilt: -5° to +15°

F500:

• Swivel: 180°
• Rotation: 360°
• Arm Extension: Up to 1320mm
• Tilt: -5° to +15°
