Turning On

Press and hold the button (3-4 seconds) until the status lights begin to show a rising battery charge level. After releasing the button, you can start using the VEEV ONE™ electronic cigarette.

Changing Refill

You can change the VEEV ONE™ refill even when the VEEV ONE™ electronic cigarette is on. When you insert a VEEV ONE™ refill, the status lights will slowly illuminate. You can start using the VEEV ONE™ electronic cigarette.

Turning Off

Press and hold the button (3-4 seconds) until the status lights slowly turn off. Then release the button.

VEEV ONE™ Electronic Cigarette Overview

The VEEV ONE™ electronic cigarette includes a charging port, the electronic cigarette device itself, a button, status lights, a VEEV ONE™ refill (sold separately), and a Type-C charging cable.

Battery Charge Levels

Briefly press and hold the button; the status lights will turn on, indicating the battery charge level. When the battery charge is 1% or less, the bottom status light will blink 5 times. The VEEV ONE™ electronic cigarette needs to be charged before further use.

Low Liquid Detection

The top status light blinks 5 times. You can no longer use the VEEV ONE™ electronic cigarette. To continue using the VEEV ONE™ electronic cigarette, replace the refill.

Puff Duration Detection

If your electronic cigarette stops working and the bottom status light blinks 2 times, it means the puff lasted longer than 5 seconds. You can continue using the VEEV ONE™ electronic cigarette.

Error Reporting

If the bottom status light blinks red 2 times, it indicates an error. Replace the refill. If the error persists, reset the VEEV ONE™ electronic cigarette.

Resetting

Press the button (for 10 seconds) until all status lights blink 3 times to confirm the RESET; then release the button.
