Getting Started
You can replace your VEEV ONE™ pod even when your VEEV ONE™ device is on. After inserting a VEEV ONE™ pod, the status lights will illuminate sequentially. You can now start using your VEEV ONE™ device.
VEEV ONE™ pods are intended for use with the VEEV ONE™ device only. If visible liquid droplets appear on the pod or mouthpiece during unpacking or use, wipe them with a clean, dry cloth before use.
Do not use a VEEV ONE™ pod if it shows signs of damage, tampering, unauthorized modification, or if liquid is leaking from it.

Intended Use
The VEEV ONE™ device and VEEV ONE™ pods are intended for adult users only.
The VEEV ONE™ device and VEEV ONE™ pods are intended for adult users who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine-containing products.
Children and adolescents should not use the VEEV ONE™ device or VEEV ONE™ pods under any circumstances. This product is not recommended for use by non-smokers and young people.
Persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or persons with a lack of experience and knowledge, may use this product only under supervision or if they have been instructed on how to use the product safely and understand the potential risks.
Nicotine and Toxicity
VEEV ONE™ pods contain nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance and is toxic.
Using the VEEV ONE™ device and VEEV ONE™ pods is not risk-free. The best way to reduce the health risks associated with the use of nicotine-containing products is to stop using tobacco and nicotine products completely.
Some users may experience side effects, including: abdominal pain, cough, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, malaise, nasal congestion, nausea, oral irritation, throat irritation, vomiting.
Nicotine-containing products should not be used by persons who are at risk of or suffer from heart disease, are diabetic, or suffer from epilepsy or other seizure-inducing conditions.
Nicotine-containing products should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or think you may be pregnant, you should stop using nicotine products completely.
Quitting smoking or switching to the VEEV ONE™ device and VEEV ONE™ pods or other nicotine-containing products may require dosage adjustments for certain medications (e.g., theophylline, clozapine, ropinirole).

Important Safety Information
⚠️ Risk of Inhalation and Ingestion
Keep the VEEV ONE™ device and VEEV ONE™ pods out of reach of children and pets at all times.
RISK OF SWALLOWING – VEEV ONE™ devices and accessories, and VEEV ONE™ pods contain small parts.
RISK OF INGESTION:
- If parts of a VEEV ONE™ pod are swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.
- If a VEEV ONE™ pod is swallowed, seek immediate medical attention. There is a risk of nicotine poisoning.
- If liquid from a pod is ingested, rinse your mouth and seek immediate medical attention.
⚠️ Risk of Irritation
Avoid contact of pod liquid with eyes and skin.
In case of:
- Skin contact: Immediately wash the affected area with soap and water.
- Eye contact: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
- Clothing contamination: Wash before reuse.
⚠️ Risk of Allergic Reaction:
Using the VEEV ONE™ device and VEEV ONE™ pods may cause an allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face, lips, tongue, gums, throat, or body, or breathing difficulties or wheezing.
If you experience the above symptoms, stop using the VEEV ONE™ device and VEEV ONE™ pods and seek immediate medical attention, as this may be a serious allergic reaction.
Using VEEV ONE™ Pods
Use the VEEV ONE™ device only with VEEV ONE™ pods designed specifically for the VEEV ONE™ device. Never use the VEEV ONE™ device with other pods. Doing so could cause injury.
Do not attempt to modify or refill VEEV ONE™ pods in any way, or add any other substances to VEEV ONE™ pods. Doing so could cause injury.
Storage
Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place.
Use VEEV ONE™ pods immediately after removing them from their original packaging.
Do not use the device if it has been exposed to excessive cold, heat, or humidity.
Droplets or traces of liquid may appear during the use, storage, or unpacking of VEEV ONE™ pods. If you notice droplets or traces of liquid on the pod or VEEV ONE™ device without active leakage, carefully and thoroughly wipe away these liquid residues with a dry cloth (including the mouthpiece and contacts) before use. Do not use the pod if it is actively leaking, or if droplets or traces of liquid reappear after wiping.
Do not use this product if the VEEV ONE™ pod shows signs of damage, tampering, unauthorized modification, or if liquid is leaking from it.
Due to the risk of VEEV ONE™ pod leakage during altitude changes, we do not recommend air transport of VEEV ONE™ pods that have been removed from their packaging or are already partially used.
Store in a location inaccessible to children.
Reporting Adverse Events
If you experience any adverse health effect while using the VEEV ONE™ device and/or VEEV ONE™ pods, consult a healthcare professional.
You can report any adverse event or incident directly to your local customer care center (contact details can be found in the Customer Care and Contractual Warranty brochure). By reporting adverse events or incidents, you help provide more information on the safety of this product.

Information on Disposal of VEEV ONETM Devices and VEEV ONE™™ Pods
This symbol on the product or its packaging indicates that this product, nor its individual components (including batteries), should not be disposed of with unsorted municipal waste. Instead, it is your responsibility to hand over your used device to a designated collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. Used batteries can also be returned free of charge at the point of sale. Sorting and recycling of used equipment (including batteries) at the end of their life helps preserve and protect natural resources and ensures that the equipment is recycled in a way that protects human health and the environment. Disposal of used equipment with unsorted municipal waste (e.g., by incineration or landfilling) can have a negative impact on the environment and human health. For more information about where you can hand over your used equipment for recycling, please contact your local city or municipal office, waste disposal site, or the retailer where you purchased the product. The local importer of the device will finance the processing and recycling of used devices handed over through designated collection points in accordance with local legal provisions.
