Part 1 Safety Information
1.1 Precautions
- This product is for home floor cleaning only. Do not use outdoors, on non-floor surfaces (like sofas), or in commercial/industrial environments.
- Do not use in suspended environments without protective barriers (e.g., duplex floors, open balconies).
- Do not use in wet or damp environments.
- Do not use or charge in temperatures below 0°C or above 40°C, or where liquids/sticky materials are present.
- Pick up all cables on the floor to avoid tangling.
- Pick up fragile objects (e.g., vases) and plastic bags to prevent collisions or damage.
- This appliance may be used by children aged eight years and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction on safe usage and understand the hazards involved.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
- Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, modify, or replace any part of your product. All servicing should be performed by qualified personnel only.
- Dispose of all packaging materials properly. Keep away from children and pets.
- Do not place the cleaning brush where children can reach it.
- Beware of suction: hair and fingers may be sucked in. Keep a safe distance.
- Do not use to pick up burning objects (e.g., unextinguished cigarette butts).
- Do not let it pick up sharp objects (e.g., glass pieces, nails).
- Do not use the radar or bumper cover as a handle to carry the robot.
- Turn off, unplug, and disconnect power before cleaning the robot, dustbin, or charging base.
- The robot and 2-in-1 dustbin are not waterproof and cannot be soaked in water.
- Do not use wet cloths or detergents to clean any parts of the robot.
- Do not mop on carpets. Use the APP to set restricted areas to prevent carpets from getting wet.
- Use this product in compliance with the instructions in this manual.
- CAUTION: To prevent hazards from thermal cut-out resetting, do not supply this appliance via an external switching device (like a timer) or a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
- For indoor use only.
- Read the instructions before charging.
1.2 Battery and Charging
- Do not incinerate the product; severe damage may cause the battery to explode.
- Use only the supplied charging base (Model: T20-01). Do not use third-party charging bases.
- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the battery or charging base.
- Do not place the charging base near heat sources (e.g., heaters).
- Do not clean the charging base with wet cloths or hands.
- Dispose of old batteries through a professional recycling agency.
- Turn off the robot and use original packaging for transportation.
- If storing for an extended period, fully charge, turn off, and store in a cool, dry place.
- Charge the robot at least every three months to prevent battery damage from over-discharge.
- Use appropriate tools to remove the battery. Disconnect power before removal. Battery removal steps: Remove bottom cover screws, open bottom cover, unplug battery connector, remove battery.
- Remove and safely dispose of the battery before discarding the robot.
- Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
- Batteries are replaceable only by skilled persons.
1.3 Laser Safety
- The laser distance measuring sensor complies with Class 1 laser product standards (IEC60825) and does not produce dangerous laser radiation.
- Maximum laser output: 10 mW.
- Exposure near the aperture may cause eye burns.
- Standard: IEC 60825-1:2014.

2.2 Product Appearance
Buttons
- Power Button: Press to start/pause Auto Cleaning. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn the robot on or off.
- Home Button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to start Local Cleaning (cleans a 4-square-meter area centered on the robot).
Reminder: Press any button to pause the robot while it is moving.

Reminder: The dust bag is a consumable item and needs to be purchased from official distribution channels.

Part 3 Installation and Operation
Remote Control
The remote control allows operation without a Wi-Fi connection.
- Return to the base: Press to send the robot back to its charging base.
- Forward, Leftward, Rightward: Press to steer the robot.
- Start/Pause: Press to start or pause cleaning.
- Spot cleaning: Press to start spot cleaning mode (cleans a 4 sqm area).
- Mute: Mutes voice prompts.
- Dirt disposal: Press to activate the automatic dirt disposal from the robot to the base's dust bag (only when the robot is charging at the base).
- Suction level +/-: Press to adjust suction power.
- Maximum suction: Press to set the highest suction power.
Note: Install two AAA batteries, observing polarity. Remove batteries if not using for a long time. Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Do not mix battery types or used/new batteries. Insert batteries with correct polarity. Remove exhausted batteries and dispose of them safely. Do not short-circuit supply terminals.
3.1 Installation
- Remove the bumper stopper: Place the robot on a flat floor and remove the bumper stopper plugs from both ends of the front bumper.
- Install the base: Place the base against a wall on a flat floor. Insert the power plug into a suitable socket and turn on the power. Ensure there are no obstacles within 1.2 meters (4 ft) in front and 0.5 meters (1.6 ft) to either side.
- Charge the robot: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to turn on the robot. Then, press the Home button to make it automatically align and charge. Ensure charging contacts are dry. Fully charge the robot before operating. Clear floor obstacles like cables and fragile items before cleaning. It is recommended to start cleaning from the base to help the robot map the area and find the base easily. The robot will automatically return to the base to charge when the battery is low and resume cleaning from its breakpoint once 80% charged. You can also manually align the robot to charge.
Part 3 Operation (Continued)
3.2 Operation
1. Preparation
- Step 1: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz (5GHz is not supported).
- Step 2: Connect your phone to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
- Step 3: Scan the QR code or search "AIRROBO" in the App Store/Google Play to download the AIRROBO APP. Register and log in.
- Step 4: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to start the robot, or place it on the base to start automatically. Keep your phone and robot within signal range (ideally within 3 meters).
2. Network configuration/Pairing
- Step 1: Click "Add device" or "+" to add the robot.
- Step 2: Enter your Wi-Fi password. The Wi-Fi name will auto-fill if already connected.
- Step 3: Once added successfully, click "Done" to proceed. You can now operate the robot via the APP.
Tips:
- APP interface may vary due to updates; follow current in-app guides.
- If the robot is not found, ensure "Nearby Devices" is enabled and the router is not in whitelist mode. Reset Wi-Fi: Press and hold Power/Home buttons for 3 seconds. Clear APP cache: Me -> Settings -> Clear Cache.
- The APP is not compatible with Android tablets or iPads.
- For Android users, enable "Basic Google Services" for proper APP function.
Reminder: Follow in-app instructions for updates. Connect to Alexa by tapping "Alexa" and following prompts.
3. Power on/power off/pause
- When powered on, the white light breathes for several seconds, then stays on (standby).
- Press the Power button to start auto cleaning.
- Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to start spot cleaning.
- When paused, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to turn off. The white light flashes briefly before turning off.
- The robot enters sleep mode after 5 minutes of pause. Press any button or use the remote to wake it.
Reminder: The robot cannot be shut down or put on standby while charging.
4. Automatic charge/manual charge
- The robot automatically returns to the base when the battery is low or cleaning is complete.
- Press the Home button when paused to return to the base for charging.
5. Add water or clean the mop during cleaning
- Press any button to pause the robot before adding water or cleaning the mop. Press the same button again to resume cleaning. This function is not available on waterlogged ground.
6. Fault state
When the robot has a fault, the power light flashes orange, and a voice prompt is issued. Refer to Troubleshooting for solutions. For base problems, refer to robot voice prompts. Check the APP FAQ for more information.
Part 4 Daily Maintenance
1. Replace disposable dust bag
Replace when the dust passage is stuck or the dust bag is full (indicated by the Power Indicator on the base flashing orange and a voice prompt). Steps:
- Open the top cover.
- Pull up the handle of the dust bag to remove it.
- Discard the old dust bag.
- Insert a new dust bag.
- Close the top cover.
2. Clean the dust passage
If the Power Indicator continues flashing after replacing the dust bag, disconnect power, turn the base upside down, and check for blockages. If blocked, use a screwdriver to remove the transparent cover of the dust passage and clear foreign objects. Reassemble afterwards. Violent dismantling is prohibited.
3. Clean infrared signal windows/Charging contacts and dust collection induction
Wipe gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Recommended monthly cleaning.
4. Clean the fan filter
Located under the dust bag. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth if dusty.
5. Clean the main brush
Clean weekly. Recommended replacement every 6-12 months for optimal performance.
- Flip the robot over. Press the buckle on the main brush cover and remove the cover. Protect the top lidar when flipping.
- Use the cleaning brush blade to cut entangled hair.
- Replace the main brush and its cover, and fasten the buckle.
6. Clean the side brush
Use a screwdriver to remove screws, then remove the side brush. Reinstall after cleaning or install a new one. Recommended replacement every 3-6 months.
7. Clean the sensors
Wipe each sensor with a clean, soft, dry cloth weekly for optimal performance.

Part 8 Battery Care
- The robot has a built-in high-performance rechargeable lithium-ion battery.
- To maintain performance, keep charging on the base.
- If unused for a long period, turn off, charge monthly to prevent over-discharge damage.
- Never charge below zero degrees Celsius, as it can cause irreversible battery damage.
Part 9 Clean the 2-in-1 dustbin
- Press and hold the release buckle to pull out the dustbin.
- Press the dustbin buckle to open it.
- Take out the filter. (HEPA filter replacement recommended every 3-6 weeks).
- Use the cleaning brush to clean the filter and remove debris.
- Clean the dustbin.
- Open the water tank cover and fill with the right amount of water. Do not add cleaners or disinfectants.
- Reverse the 2-in-1 dustbin and remove the mop for replacement.
Reminder: Keep the mop clean for effective mopping. Remove and dry the mop before installing. Clean mop separately from the water tank to avoid dirtying the filter. Mop is a consumable item; recommended replacement every 3-6 weeks.
Part 5 Troubleshooting
The power light flashes orange when the robot is not working properly. A voice prompt will also be issued. Refer to Troubleshooting for solutions. For base problems, refer to robot voice prompts. Check the APP FAQ for more information.
