Product Basic
The Royal Kludge R75Pro Mechanical Keyboard comes with the following components:
- Manual: User guide for the keyboard.
- Switch and Keycaps Puller: Tool for removing keycaps and switches.
- Keyboard: R75Pro Mechanical Keyboard (Dimensions: 323mm L × 142.3mm W × 41.63mm H).
- USB Type-C Cable: For wired connection and charging.
- 2.4G Dongle: For 2.4G wireless connectivity.
- Layout: Standard keyboard layout.
- Switch: Mechanical switches.
Wired Mode
It is recommended to use a 5V 1A rated power adapter to charge the keyboard.
BT Connectivity
To use Bluetooth connectivity:
- Place the switch on the keyboard to the "B" side.
- Short press Fn + Q, Fn + W, or Fn + E to change the Bluetooth channel.
- Long press Fn + Q, Fn + W, or Fn + E to enter pairing mode.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your computer, phone, or other devices. Find and link to the keyboard whose name on the list shows as "R75Pro".
2.4G Connectivity
To use 2.4G wireless connectivity:
- Place the switch on the keyboard to the "G" side.
- Short press Fn + P to change the 2.4G channel.
If the P key flickers slowly, it indicates that your device is successfully linked to the computer. The receiver is factory paired and does not need to be paired again.
Indicator Lights / Knob Function
Indicator Lights:
- Caps Lock Indicator: Lights up when Caps Lock is active.
- WIN Lock Indicator: Lights up when Windows key is locked.
- Charging Indicator: On while charging, off when full.
- Low Voltage Indicator: The Fn key blinks when the battery is low.
Knob Function:
The pluggable knob can be used instead of a dedicated key.
- Clockwise: Volume +
- Anticlockwise: Volume -
- Press: Mute
Battery Reminder
In Bluetooth or 2.4G mode, press and hold Fn + Enter to view the battery level indicator.
- 1 Light On: Backlight is bright, indicating keyboard is 10% of the power at this time.
- 2 Lights On: Backlight is on at the same time, indicating keyboard is 20% of the power at this time.
- All Lights On: Backlight is on at the same time, indicating keyboard power is 100% at this time.
DFU Mode (Development Firmware Upgrade)
There are two methods to enter DFU mode on the keyboard:
Method 1:
Press and hold the switch located under the space bar, and then connect the keyboard to the computer.
Method 2:
Connect the keyboard to the computer first, and then simultaneously short press Fn + Right Shift + Esc.
These methods allow you to activate the DFU mode on the keyboard, enabling firmware upgrades and development functionalities.

Backlight Control
- In USB mode, the backlight brightness is brightest by default.
- In wireless mode, the backlight is slightly dimmer by default.

- Fn + ;: Backlight Speed +
- Fn + ': Backlight Speed -
Backlight Mode Switching:
- Fn + .: Backlight Mode Switching
- Fn + /: Backlight Monochrome Switching
Other Functions:
- Fn + Win: Windows Lock
- Fn + S: Switch between six-key rollover and full-key rollover
- Press and hold Fn + Spacebar for three seconds to restore factory settings.
Custom Backlight Set
Note: Fixed lighting effect, not recording.
- Step 1: Press Fn + \| to customize backlight.
- Step 2: Press Fn + [ to enter backlit recording mode.
- Step 3: Press the keys you want to record the backlight, and repeat these steps.
- Step 4: When done, pressing Fn + [ again will save and exit the backlit recording mode.
