Lokithor J3250 PRO 12V Jump Starter
User Manual and Product Information
Safety Instructions
Please read this instruction manual thoroughly before using your new Lokithor multi-function vehicle emergency Jump Starter.
- Please follow all instructions in this manual for safe Lokithor operation. Failure to follow all instructions in this manual or improper use of Lokithor products may result in property damage and or personal injury.
- Lokithor is designed for starting 12V engines. It is not designed for starting vehicles or engines exceeding product specifications in voltage or displacement.
- Warning: When using FORCED START mode, ALL Lokithor safety features ARE DISABLED. Use extreme caution: Do not allow the clamps to short together or touch when using FORCED START mode. Read and understand all safety procedures before using Forced Start mode.
- For best longevity of your Lokithor product, a quarterly maintenance program is recommended. Fully charge your new Lokithor product upon receipt. Check the charge level every 3 months and recharge if needed. You can also use the power bank feature to discharge the battery to approximately 50% and then recharge to full before placing it back in your vehicle. This practice helps ensure Lokithor is always ready for the next emergency.
- Do not use a damaged Lokithor. If your device has impact damage, has been hit, dropped, or exposed to other physical damage, do not use it. Using a damaged Lokithor may cause a dangerous situation.
- Do not attempt to use Lokithor while it is charging.
- Do not disassemble the Lokithor. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
- Use extra caution when working around or with car batteries and jump starters. Avoid dropping metal objects on battery terminals while using Lokithor. Any metal object can cause a dangerous short circuit condition, potentially resulting in equipment damage, explosion, or personal injury.
- When using Lokithor for starting an engine, ensure that the positive and negative cable clamps have good contact with the battery's positive and negative terminals.
- Do not allow sparks or flames to contact the jump starter or engine.
- To prevent short-circuit and sparks from damaging the jump starter, make all connections to the engine battery before attempting to power on Lokithor. DO NOT clamp the positive and negative poles of the cable clamps to each other, and DO NOT connect clamps to the same piece of metal (short circuit).
- Lokithor is not intended for use by children. Do not leave the jump starter in a place where children can easily reach it.
- Do not expose Lokithor to rain or snow.
- Do not leave the Lokithor in extreme environments for long periods (extreme heat above 55°C / 131°F, extreme cold below -10°C / 14°F, humidity >80%).
- When not using Lokithor, store it in a cool and dry place.
- Ensure good maintenance: Charge the device promptly after use or when discharged. Failure to do so may cause over-discharge, leading to low internal battery voltage or power loss. Prolonged periods of low or no power can cause permanent product failure.

Operation Process
How to power up Lokithor
Short press the "LED light button" [light] or "Power button" [power].
Using the Jump-Start Function
Method One: 12V Auto Start
- Ensure the vehicle's electrical and starting system is a 12V DC system.
- Connect the positive [+] and negative [-] clamps to the corresponding terminals on the vehicle battery, ensuring a secure connection.
- To activate Lokithor, short press the "Power button" [power] or "LED light button" [light]. This initiates a 10-second countdown to verify clamp-to-terminal connection. If the start indicator flashes and shows the vehicle's actual voltage, the vehicle is ready to start.
- If the vehicle starts successfully, short press the power button to exit the starting function, then disconnect the battery clamps.
- Remove the jump-start clamps immediately after starting. Press and hold the "Power button" [power] for 2 seconds to turn off the jump starter. The device shuts off automatically if inactive for 60 seconds.
Method Two: Forced Start
SAFETY REMINDER: In Forced Start mode, anti-sparking and some safety features are disabled. Ensure correct connection to positive and negative poles. Incorrect connection can cause a short circuit, damaging the vehicle, Lokithor, or both. Read and understand all instructions before using this mode.
- If the auto start feature fails to detect the vehicle battery, use forced start mode.
- Connect the RED [+] clamp to the vehicle battery's positive terminal. With the device on, press and hold the "M" [mode] button for 5 seconds to activate forced start mode. The "Start indicator" will light up, indicating the clamps are active.
- Connect the BLACK [-] clamp to the vehicle battery's negative terminal. Ensure connections are secure. The jump starter's overall voltage will display on the screen. Then, start the vehicle.
- After successful jump-starting, press the "M" [mode] or "Power button" [power] to exit.
Battery Clamp Connection Status
In auto start mode, a 10-second countdown checks battery and connection. A green clamp status indicator means low impedance (good connection). A yellow indicator means high impedance (poor connection). Adjust connections during the countdown. After 10 seconds, exit and re-make connections to re-measure.
When in forced start mode, the clamp status indicator flashes yellow as a caution.
How to use the voltmeter function
- Connect the red [+] clamp to the positive (+) battery terminal and the black [-] clamp to the negative (-) terminal, ensuring secure connections.
- After the 10-second detection countdown, the "start indicator" lights up, showing the vehicle's current battery voltage.
- Disconnect the clamps from the vehicle battery to exit voltmeter mode.
How to use LED Lights
- Long press the "LED Light button" [light] for one second to turn on the LED light.
- Briefly press the "LED light button" [light] to cycle through modes: steady, strobe, SOS, and off.
- Press and hold the "LED light button" [light] for 2 seconds to turn off the LED light.
How to charge your jump starter
Tools: Power adapter (PD2.0/PD3.0), USB-C to USB-C wire, USB-A to USB-C wire.
Connect the USB wire's A end to the power adapter and the C end to the product's USB-C charging port. The charging indicator on the screen confirms proper charging.
If the product has low or no power, charge it promptly to avoid low battery voltage. Do not leave Lokithor discharged for extended periods, as this can prevent charging.
How to use the 5V USB-A port to charge your mobile phone
Tools: USB-A to USB-C wire, or a USB-A to wire of your choice.
Connect the USB wire's A end to the product and the other end to your phone's charging port to start charging.
How to use the "Reverse Fast Charging Technology"
Once the car engine is started, leave the clamps connected for over 30 seconds to allow the engine to charge the product. The RFCT (Reverse Fast Charging Technology) will turn off upon completion to prevent overcharging.
Remarks:
- The product remains on as long as the clamps are connected to the vehicle battery.
- RFCT may take over 30 seconds to replenish enough power for the next startup.
How to Use the "DC Input"
Tools: 12V car charger with DC connection (DC5521 adapter).
Insert the 12V DC connector (DC5521 adapter) into the device's DC charging port, then connect the 12V car charger to the vehicle's cigarette lighter to charge the device.
