LOKITHOR JA301

The Force of Thunder in Hand

Safety Instructions

Please read the following instructions carefully before using the LOKITHOR multi-function vehicle emergency starter (hereinafter referred to as the jump starter):

  1. Please strictly follow the instruction manual to operate. Improper use or failure to follow instructions may cause a serious safety incident.
  2. For starting 12V engines only. Do not use for vehicles exceeding specified displacement or voltage.
  3. In forced start mode, some safety protection mechanisms are invalid. Use with caution and check the manual before operation.
  4. If pumping tires without setting a target pressure, the air inflator will not stop automatically; manual stopping is required. Failure to monitor tire pressure in real-time risks over-inflation or blowout.
  5. The air inflator generates heat, especially at the nozzle. Do not touch immediately after use; wear gloves to prevent burns.
  6. To prolong battery life, charge the device after purchase and charge/discharge every three months.
  7. Do not use a jump starter that has been severely hit, dropped, or damaged.
  8. Do not disassemble the jump starter without authorization. Contact professional maintenance personnel for repairs.
  9. Do not use the jump starter to start the vehicle while it is charging.
  10. Exercise caution to avoid metal tools falling onto the jump starter interface, which can cause short circuits, equipment damage, or explosions.
  11. Ensure the surrounding area is well-ventilated when using the jump starter.
  12. When starting a vehicle, ensure the positive and negative contact points on the cable clamps have good contact with the battery's positive and negative poles.
  13. Sparks and flames contacting the jump starter and engine are forbidden.
  14. Do not clamp the positive and negative poles of the clamp together or touch the same metal to prevent short circuits.
  15. Keep the jump starter out of reach of children.
  16. Do not expose the jump starter to rain or snow.
  17. Do not leave the device in extreme environments for extended periods (high temperature: above 131°F (55°C), extreme cold: below 14°F (-10°C), humidity: >80%).
  18. Store the jump starter in a cool, dry place, taking protective measures if necessary.
  19. Charge the product promptly to prevent battery low-voltage or power loss. Prolonged zero-power status may render the product unchargeable.

Operating Procedure

1. How to Power Up the Jump Starter

Press the "Light" or "Power" button.

2. How to Use the Jump-Start Function

2.1 Method One: Normal Start

  1. Connect the jump starter clamps to the EC8 connector on the jump starter.
  2. Connect the red (+) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle battery and the black (-) clamp to the negative (-) terminal. Ensure good connections (clean contact points, metal-to-metal).
  3. Press the "Light" or "Power" button to activate the jump starter. The green LED will light up and flash if there are no issues, indicating readiness to start the vehicle.
  4. Once the vehicle starts successfully, the jump starter will automatically disable power output.
  5. In most cases, the vehicle will start immediately. For vehicles with low battery charge or a faulty battery, the jump starter may need to remain connected for 30-120 seconds for pre-charging. If the vehicle does not start immediately, wait 20-30 seconds before attempting again. Do not attempt more than five starts within 15 minutes.
  6. After starting the vehicle, remove the clamps promptly. Press the "Power" button for 2 seconds to shut down the jump starter. The device will automatically shut down after 60 seconds of inactivity.

2.2 Method Two: Forced Start

(Safety Reminder: In forced start mode, some safety protection mechanisms are disabled. Ensure correct connection of positive and negative poles to prevent short circuits. Refer to the manual before operation and use with caution.)

  1. Use this mode when the normal start mode fails, e.g., if the car battery voltage is very low (below 1V) or the battery is defective.
  2. Connect the jump starter clamps to the EC8 connector on the jump starter.
  3. With the jump starter on, tap and hold the "BAR/PSI" button for 5 seconds to enter forced start mode. The green LED will remain constantly lit, indicating the ignition clips are powered. Prevent the positive and negative poles from short-circuiting. The clamps must be connected to the battery after the forced start function is activated.
  4. Connect the red (+) clamp to the positive (+) terminal and the black (-) clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle battery. Slight sparking during connection is normal. Ensure good contact. The display will show the voltage of the jump starter connected in parallel with the vehicle. You can now attempt to start the engine.
  5. Shortly press the "Power" or "BAR/PSI" button to exit this mode.

3. How to Use Voltmeter Function

  1. Connect the jump starter clamps to the EC8 connector on the jump starter.
  2. Connect the red (+) clamp to the positive (+) terminal and the black (-) clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle battery. Ensure good connections.
  3. The green light will flash, and the voltage of the jump starter connected in parallel with the car will be displayed, entering start mode. To check only the car battery voltage, short press the "Power" button to exit start mode and enter measurement mode. The green light will turn off, and only the car battery voltage will be displayed.
  4. Disconnect the clamps from the vehicle battery to exit the voltmeter function.

4. How to Use the Air Inflator Function

  1. Connect the inflatable hose to the air inflator output port, tighten the nut, and connect the other end to the car tire.
  2. Wake the product by short-pressing the "Light" or "Switch" button to enter air inflator mode.
  3. Short press the "BAR/PSI" button to switch between pressure units: BAR, PSI.

Pressure Conversion Table

Unit Bar kPa PSI Kgf/cm²
Value 1 100 14.5 1.02
  1. Set the target tire pressure value by knowing the tire's pressure requirements (check the tire sidewall or vehicle manual). Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the desired value. After setting, the value will flash for 3 seconds before exiting the setting state and entering real-time monitoring. (Safety Reminder: If the target tire pressure is not set, the air pump will not auto-stop and requires manual shutdown. Failure to monitor pressure risks over-inflation or puncture.)
  2. Long press the "PUMP" button for 3 seconds to activate the air inflator. It will automatically shut off when the target pressure is reached. To stop manually, press the "PUMP" or "Switch" button.
  3. Remove the inflatable hose. (Safety Reminder: The compressor generates heat during operation. Allow the product to cool for 10 minutes before removing the hose to prevent burns.)

5. How to Use LED Light

  1. Long press the "Light" button for one second to turn on the LED.
  2. Short press the "Light" button to cycle through modes: ON, Strobe, SOS, and OFF.
  3. Long press the "Light" button for two seconds to forcefully turn off the LED light.

6. How to Charge Your Jump Starter

You will need a USB power adapter (5V or 9V2A if QC protocol supported) and a USB-C cable.

Connect the supplied cable to the power adapter and the USB-C port to the jump starter's charging port. The "In" indicator and battery level indicators will illuminate, showing the device is charging.

Charge the product promptly to prevent battery under-voltage. Prolonged zero-power status may prevent the battery from charging.

7. How to Use the 5V USB-A Port to Charge Your Mobile Phone

You will need a USB-C cable and a mobile phone. If the phone supports 9V2A QC protocol, 9V2A fast charging is supported.

When the "USB" icon is lit, connect the USB-A port to the jump starter and the USB-C port to your mobile device. This output is active when the device is on and will deactivate if the jump-start or compressor functions are activated.
