  • Plug the power cord into the mains socket. The "Boiling" indicator light will illuminate, and the thermo-pot will begin heating the water.
  • Once the water starts boiling, the "Keep warm" indicator light will illuminate, and the thermo-pot will automatically switch to keep warm mode.
  • To prepare the appliance for use, press the "Water dispense" button (Diagram 7c) and pour out half the water into a suitable container. Then, disconnect the thermo-pot from the mains and discard the remaining water (Diagram 6). The thermo-pot is now ready for use.

Cleaning and Maintenance

General Cleaning:

  • ⚠️ Never clean the thermo-pot while it is connected to the mains.
  • Before cleaning, disconnect the thermo-pot and allow it to cool down.
  • Do not use abrasive or aggressive detergents.
  • Never submerge the thermo-pot, power line cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
  • Wipe the inner tank with a sponge and rinse with water.
  • Wipe the outer body and lid with a damp cloth, then wipe dry.

Descaling:

Regular descaling improves the device's performance. The rate of scale formation depends on water hardness and usage. Solid plaque deposits on the tank surface are not allowed.

It is recommended to clean the thermo-pot at least once every 2-3 months, or whenever solid plaque and scale appear.

To remove scale:

  1. Add citric acid (20g per 1 liter of water) to the thermo-pot.
  2. Fill the thermo-pot with cold water to the maximum level. Mix the solution thoroughly.
  3. Connect the thermo-pot to the power supply and let it boil. Once boiling, and the thermo-pot enters the heating mode, carefully open the lid and check if all scale has been removed from the tank wall. If scale remains, repeat the boiling process and allow the solution to stand for several hours.
  4. Pour out the solution from the device and carefully rinse the tank with water.
  5. To remove any residual acid smell, fill with fresh water, connect to the power supply, and let it boil.
  6. Turn off the thermo-pot, disconnect from the mains, carefully drain the tank, and rinse with clean water.

Any other maintenance should be performed by qualified personnel in a service center.

Storage

  • Before storage, disconnect the thermo-pot and let it cool down.
  • Wipe and dry the thermo-pot before storing.
  • Store the thermo-pot in a cool, dry, and clean place, out of reach of children and individuals with limited physical or mental abilities.
