The mixer is designed exclusively for processing (mixing) liquid and non-hard products in domestic conditions. When operated according to the guidelines and intended use, the product parts do not release substances harmful to health.

Appliance Construction

The hand mixer consists of the following main parts (refer to Figure 1 on page 2):

  • 1. Whisk beaters: Used for whipping cream, egg whites, and preparing lighter mixtures.
  • 2. Dough hooks: Designed for kneading dough and mixing heavier ingredients.
  • 3. Mixer Body: Contains the motor and controls.
  • 4. Speed Regulator: A switch to select the desired operating speed.
  • 5. Beater Ejector Button: Used to release the beaters from the mixer body.

Safety Measures

Adhering to general safety regulations and the principles outlined in this manual ensures the safe and effective use of this appliance.

General Safety Warnings:

  • Never immerse the appliance, its cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
  • Prevent moisture from contacting the electrical parts of the appliance.
  • Do not operate the appliance with wet hands. Failure to comply may result in electric shock.
  • Never leave the appliance unattended while it is switched on.
  • Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet when not in use or before cleaning.
  • Do not disconnect the appliance by pulling the power cord; grasp the plug firmly.
  • Ensure the mains voltage matches the voltage specified on the appliance.
  • Avoid using extension cords or adapters, as they may cause appliance damage or fire hazards.
  • Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged, if it malfunctions, or if it has been dropped or exposed to water.
  • Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself; contact an authorized service center.

Specific Operational Safety:

  • Do not touch moving parts while the mixer is operating.
  • Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply before changing beaters or attaching accessories.
  • Ensure beaters have completely stopped moving before attempting to change them.
  • Never attempt to clean the bowl or beaters while the mixer is running. Doing so can cause serious injury.
  • Use the appliance only for its intended purpose.

Operation in Extreme Situations:

  • If the appliance accidentally falls into water, immediately unplug it from the socket without touching the appliance or the water.
  • In case of smoke, sparking, or a strong smell of burnt insulation, immediately stop using the appliance, unplug it, and contact the nearest service center.

General Usage Principles

  • Do not use the mixer for mixing hard products, such as frozen butter or very thick dough.
  • Limit mixer operation to a maximum of 5 minutes continuously, followed by a 5-minute pause.
  • Whisk beaters (1/Fig.1): Suitable for whipping cream, egg whites, preparing puddings, cocktails, creams, mayonnaise, purées, and sauces.
  • Dough hooks (2/Fig.1): Suitable for mixing light doughs, fillings, and yeast doughs.
  • Always use the beaters that are supplied with the mixer.
  • Do not immerse the beaters into the mixture deeper than their working surface. If the mixer is still running, turn it off before removing the beaters from the liquid.

Recommended Speeds for Product Processing

Speed Setting (by switch) Description
1-2 For mixing dry ingredients
2-3 For mixing dry and liquid ingredients
3-4 For mixing slightly thicker doughs, creaming butter with sugar, preparing sponge cakes
4-5 For preparing frostings and creams

Preparation for Use

  • Before the first use, verify that your set contains all the components listed in the introduction and that none are damaged.
  • Before first use, wash all beaters with warm, soapy water and dry them thoroughly. Wipe the exterior of the mixer body with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry it completely.
  • Never immerse the electric drive unit, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
  • Ensure the speed switch (4/Fig.1) is set to the '0' (OFF) position.
  • The appliance can be used in two ways: with its stand or by holding it by the handle.
  • Select the appropriate set of beaters for the products you are preparing.
  • Insert the ends of each beater into the corresponding slots in the mixer body.
  • Secure the beaters by pressing them gently until they click into place.

Operating the Mixer

  • Note: The beater with a ring must be fitted into the designated slot on the left side of the mixer body (when viewed from the front openings).
  • Place the bowl containing the ingredients on a stable surface.
  • Immerse the working parts of the beaters into the ingredients in the bowl.
  • Plug the power cord into the electrical outlet.
  • Turn on the mixer by selecting the desired speed on the switch (4/Fig.1).
  • WARNING: Prevent liquid from entering the appliance body.
  • Once the products reach the desired consistency, set the speed switch to '0' (OFF) to stop the mixer.
  • Before removing the beaters, wait for the appliance to stop completely. Then, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
  • To eject the beaters, press the ejector button (5/Fig.1). The ejector button can only be pressed when the mixer is switched off (the speed switch must be in the '0'-OFF position).
  • After finishing operation, set the speed switch to '0' (OFF) and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.

Cleaning and Maintenance

General Cleaning Warnings:

  • Never clean the appliance while it is connected to the power supply.
  • Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for all moving parts to stop completely.
  • Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaning agents, solvents, alkalis, metal objects, or scouring pads, as these can damage the appliance.

Cleaning Procedure:

  • Clean the appliance after each use.
  • For cleaning the mixer body, use a soft, slightly damp cloth. If any moisture remains on the appliance, wipe it with a dry cloth.
  • Allow all parts to dry completely.
  • Wipe the mixer body first with a soft damp cloth, then dry it thoroughly with a clean, dry towel.

Storage

  • Before storing the appliance, unplug it from the power outlet.
  • Clean, wipe dry, and ensure all parts of the appliance are completely dry before storage.
  • Do not wrap the power cord around the appliance.
  • Store the appliance in a dry, cool, dust-free, and non-humid place, out of reach of children.

Disposal

The product and its parts should not be disposed of with regular household waste. If you decide to dispose of the appliance, please take it to designated collection points for electronic waste. Specifications and product комплектация (completeness) may undergo slight changes without affecting the basic consumer value of the goods.
