This section outlines the controller's compatibility across various platforms and connection types.

Notes:
- 1: Compatibility includes Linux and Raspberry Pi.
- 2: Starting with iOS 13, iPadOS 13, tvOS 13. No specific requirements on Mac OS.
- 3: Motion control is currently unavailable for TV.
- 4: Applies to Switch Pro Controller mode only.
Keymapping Profiles
The ABXY face buttons are removable and can be repositioned for different layouts.
Nintendo Switch Layout: Shows the standard button arrangement for Nintendo Switch.
Xbox Layout: Shows the button arrangement adapted for Xbox compatibility.
Pair & Link
Pairing: This is the initial synchronization process with a device. If the controller is later paired with a different device, the information from the first device will be erased, requiring re-pairing to connect back to the original device.
Linking: This is the process of reconnecting to a device that has already been paired. The controller automatically recognizes and connects to previously stored devices.
The following table lists typical pairing methods for each platform. Fire devices may support all four methods.

Charge the Battery
Charge the controller using a Type-C USB cable connected to a DC power supply (output Voltage 5V, current ≥ 250mA). Compatible power sources include:
- [AC Adapter]
- [Switch Dock]
- [Computer USB Port]
- Other USB power sources like [Power Bank]
The controller can be used while charging. When fully charged, all 4 LED lights will remain lit.
WARNING: Battery Safety
- Do not connect to high voltage outlets.
- Use only approved chargers and cords.
- Periodical charging is necessary if the controller is unused for a long period.
- If batteries appear worn, remove them and dispose of them properly.
Connect to Nintendo Switch
Follow these steps to connect your controller to a Nintendo Switch console.
Wireless Connection
- From the Nintendo Switch HOME screen, navigate to "Controllers", then select "Change Grip/Order". Stay on this pairing screen. (Operation can be done via Joy-Con, touch screen, or an already paired controller. Ignore any instructions on the Switch's last screen.)
- On the controller, press and hold the [+] and [B] buttons simultaneously until the lights begin to cycle.
- Once successfully paired, one or more indicator lights on the controller will remain lit. Up to 8 controllers can be paired with a single Nintendo Switch system.
- Press [OK] on the Switch when ready.
Wired Connection
- Navigate to System Settings on your Nintendo Switch.
- Under "Controllers and Sensors", enable "Pro Controller Wired Communication".
- Connect the controller to the Switch console using a USB Type-C cable.
Connect to PC
The controller can connect to a PC via Bluetooth or USB, supporting different modes.
Option 1: Bluetooth (Xinput)
- Press and hold the [+] and [X] buttons on the controller until the lights cycle.
- On your PC, turn on Bluetooth, go to "Add Bluetooth or other device", and select "Add device". Choose "Bluetooth".
- Add the device named "GamepadX".
The controller will work as a Bluetooth XINPUT device in Windows and as an Xbox One Controller in Steam.
Option 2: Bluetooth (Switch Pro Controller)
- Press and hold the [+] and [B] buttons on the controller until the lights cycle.
- On your PC, turn on Bluetooth, go to "Add Bluetooth or other device", and select "Add device". Choose "Bluetooth".
- Add the device named "Pro Controller".
The controller will work as a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller in Steam and supports motion control.
Option 3: USB (Xbox 360 Controller)
- Connect the controller to your PC using a USB Type-C cable.
- The PC should automatically detect it as an "Xbox 360 Controller for Windows".
Access "Controller Settings" via Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers to configure.
Connect to Android
Connect your controller to Android devices.
Option 1: Android Gamepad
- On your Android device, turn on Bluetooth and select "Pair new device".
- On the controller, press and hold the [+] and [A] buttons until the lights cycle.
- On your Android device, find and select the "Gamepad" device to pair.
- Once paired, the controller light will stay on. You can then press the [Home Button] to link to the paired device (ensure Bluetooth is on).
Option 2: Switch Pro Controller
The pairing method described for Nintendo Switch (see "Connect to Switch") also applies to Android devices. The controller will be recognized as a Switch Pro Controller and function in compatible games.
Connect to Linux
The Bluetooth pairing method (Option 1 for Android Gamepad) also works for Linux and Raspberry Pi, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device.
Connect to Fire TV
Amazon Fire OS devices support the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, Xbox 360 Controller, Xbox One Controller, and Android Gamepad. Therefore, all the previously mentioned pairing methods may be applicable.
Connect to iOS/iPad OS
- Press and hold the [+] and [Y] buttons on the controller until the lights cycle.
- On your iOS/iPadOS device, turn on Bluetooth and connect to the "Xbox Wireless Controller".
- Once paired, press the [Home Button] to link to the device (ensure Bluetooth is on).
Connect to Mac
- Press and hold the [+] and [X] buttons on the controller until the lights cycle.
- On your Mac, turn on Bluetooth and connect to the device named "GamepadX".
- Once paired, press the [Home Button] to link to the device (ensure Bluetooth is on).
