Introduction
Thank you for choosing Netac products. This manual provides instructions for using your TW04G Wireless Earbuds.
Getting Started
Powering On
- Manual Startup: Press and hold the MFB (Multi-Function Button) on both the left and right earbuds for approximately 3 seconds. You will hear a prompt tone.
- Automatic Startup: Simply open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on.
Powering Off
- Manual Shutdown: Press and hold the MFB button on either the left or right earbud for approximately 5 seconds. You will hear a prompt tone. If both earbuds are connected (TWS mode), pressing the MFB on one earbud will turn off only that earbud, while the other continues to function normally.
- Automatic Shutdown: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.
Bluetooth Connectivity
- Pick up both earbuds from the charging case.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Search for available Bluetooth devices.
- Select "Netac TW04G" from the list to connect.
Controls
The Multi-Function Button (MFB) on each earbud controls various functions:
- Music/Game Control:
- Play/Pause: Single click the MFB.
- Next Track: Double click the MFB.
- Call Control:
- Answer/End Call: Single click the MFB.
- Reject Call: Double click the MFB.
- Voice Assistant: Long press the MFB for 3 seconds to activate Siri or your device's voice assistant.
Factory Reset
To restore the earbuds to factory settings (clearing TWS pairing and device pairing records):
With the earbuds not connected to any device, press and hold the MFB button on both the left and right earbuds simultaneously for 5 seconds.
Charging
Earbud Charging
When the earbud battery is low, a warning tone will sound. Place the earbuds into the charging case for charging.
- Charging Indicator: When the charging case is closed, the left and right indicator lights will illuminate and breathe, indicating the earbuds are in charging mode.
- Charging Complete: The indicator lights will turn off once charging is complete.
Charging Case Status
Low Power Warning: If the charging case battery is below 5%, the LED indicator will flash four times and then turn off. The case will stop charging the earbuds.

Safety and Care
- Store and use the product in a normal temperature environment.

From the date of receipt, Netac wireless earbuds are eligible for a 7-day no-reason return, a 15-day exchange, and a one-year warranty against non-human performance failures (wired earphones have a 1.5-year warranty), provided accessories are complete and there is no human damage.
