Product Features
The NETAC Portable Solid-State Disk is an easy-to-use, plug-and-play, and multi-function storage device. It connects to a computer's USB port via the provided USB cable, requiring no driver installation. To prevent unpredictable data damage, do not disconnect the device during data transmission. Always safely remove the device from your computer before disconnecting it physically. It is strongly recommended to create multiple backups of any crucial data on other devices.
This product utilizes NAND Flash as its storage medium, meaning it contains no mechanical parts. This design offers high transmission rates, quiet operation, resistance to vibration, and secure data storage.
The USB port on this product is compatible with any lower version USB port. However, to achieve the best user experience, it is recommended to connect this product to a USB port of a matching version.
Hardware Requirements
- Desktop computer, laptop, or MAC computer with a USB port. Please connect this product to a port that matches the provided USB cable.
- Compatibility OS: Windows 7/8/8.1/10, Mac OS 10.6, and Android 5.0 or higher.
Note: As UASP (USB Attached SCSI Protocol) is unavailable in Windows 7 or lower editions, it is recommended to use this product with Windows 8 or a higher edition of the operating system to maximize its performance.

- Here, 1GB means 1,000,000,000 bytes. The actual available capacity of this product may not be equal to the rated capacity.
- Subject to USB-IF regulations, USB3.2 is used solely to define the performance and capacity of this product, not any specific USB cable or port type (such as USB-C, USB Type A, or Micro-USB).
- The USB3.2 specification encompasses all previous 3.X specifications and defines three transmission rates: 5 Gbps for USB3.2 Gen 1, 10 Gbps for USB3.2 Gen 2, and 20 Gbps for USB3.2 Gen 2x2. Optimal user experience is achieved when this product is used with a device featuring a compatible USB port.
- According to internal testing, the performance of this product may vary depending on the hard drive's capacity, the host device's specifications, the operating system, and the applications used.
- Data stored on this product are not covered by the warranty. Please make regular backups of your data.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
