Common Alerts and Troubleshooting
- Leak Alert: Typically indicated by a single beep and a solid yellow light. This guide provides steps to ensure proper application and seal of the dressing, including checking canister lock and tubing connections.
- Canister Full Alert: Signified by two beeps and a solid yellow light. Instructions are provided to check fluid levels and contact a 3M+KCI representative if the canister is full.
- Low Battery Alert: Alerts users to low battery levels with specific beep patterns and light indicators. The guide details how to replace the AA batteries, recommending lithium batteries for optimal performance.
- System Error Alert: A rapid, repeating beep with increasing volume and two solid yellow lights indicates a system error. The guide suggests resetting the unit and contacting a 3M+KCI representative if the issue persists.
