Announcement Regarding 3M Japan Group Organizational Restructuring

We are pleased to inform you of an upcoming organizational restructuring aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Effective August 1, 2020, 3M Japan Co., Ltd. will spin off its sales, marketing, and order processing operations to a wholly-owned subsidiary. This subsidiary will be renamed "3M Japan Co., Ltd." The remaining entity, currently 3M Japan Co., Ltd., will retain its technology, logistics, staff, and some manufacturing functions, and will be renamed "3M Japan Innovation Co., Ltd."
This restructuring will not involve any changes to our management structure, business policies, addresses, or contact information. Furthermore, there will be no changes to customer bank account details for remittances.
Additionally, there will be no changes to the operations of our affiliated company, 3M Japan Products Co., Ltd.
