Bike Components

The spinning bike features several key components labeled with numbers: 1. Training Computer: Displays workout data. 2. Load Adjustment Knob / Brake: Controls resistance and can be used for emergency stops. 3. Saddle Distance Adjustment Knob: Adjusts the horizontal position of the saddle relative to the handlebars. 4. Saddle Height Adjustment Knob: Adjusts the vertical position of the saddle. 5. Foot Height Adjustment Knob: Adjusts the height of the pedals/footrests. 6. Handlebar Height Adjustment Lever: Adjusts the vertical position of the handlebars.

Assembly and Moving

The manual includes diagrams illustrating the assembly process, showing an exploded view of parts and steps for connecting them. It also shows how to move the bike by tilting it onto its transport wheels.

General Safety Instructions

  • This equipment is designed for indoor use only and is not suitable for outdoor use.
  • Position the equipment on a clear, level surface. Avoid placing it on thick carpet or near water.
  • Before use, ensure the equipment is properly assembled with all bolts and nuts securely tightened.
  • Inspect the equipment for any signs of damage before each use.
  • Never operate the equipment if it is not functioning correctly or if it is damaged.
  • Do not attempt to repair the equipment yourself; only authorized and qualified personnel should perform repairs. Never disassemble the unit.
  • Use only authorized accessories.
  • Clean, maintain, and store the equipment according to the instructions in this manual. Keep the storage area clean and dry.
  • Exercise caution when lifting and moving the equipment. Maintain correct posture to avoid spine injuries, using proper techniques or the assistance of a second person.

Personal Safety

Warning: It is recommended to consult with a physician or health professional before starting any workout, especially for individuals over 35 years old or those with pre-existing health conditions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury, for which the manufacturer is not responsible.

  • Use this equipment only for its intended purpose as described in this manual.
  • Pulse sensors are not medical devices. Their accuracy can be affected by user movement and other factors. They are intended as exercise aids for general heart rate trend monitoring.
  • Heart rate monitoring systems may be inaccurate. Overtraining can lead to serious injury or death. Stop exercising immediately if you feel unwell.
  • Wear appropriate clothing that does not pose a snagging hazard. Always wear running or aerobic shoes with rubber soles.
  • Keep hair, clothing, jewelry, and other objects away from moving parts.
  • Wait at least 40 minutes after a meal before exercising.
  • Always perform a warm-up before starting your workout to ensure safety and prevent injuries.
  • Only one person should use the equipment at a time.
  • Do not overload the equipment. The maximum user weight is 100 kg (220 lbs).
  • Incorrect or excessive exercise can cause injury or death. If you experience any pain (e.g., chest pain, nausea, dizziness, shortness of breath), stop exercising immediately and consult a doctor.
  • Children over 8 years old and individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience, may use this appliance if supervised and guided by a responsible adult who ensures all safety precautions are understood and followed. Children should not play with the appliance or perform cleaning/servicing unsupervised.
  • Keep children and pets away from the equipment at all times.

Additional Safety Warnings for Exercise Bikes

  • Adjust the saddle height to ensure a stable and balanced position during exercise.
  • Maintain a straight back, especially during longer workout sessions.
  • The machine does not have an idle gear. Pedals will continue to spin until the flywheel stops. Press the brake manually to stop them.
  • Always secure your feet with pedal straps to prevent slipping.
  • Ensure at least 60 cm (approx. 2 feet) of clearance around the bike, free from objects, people, or animals.
  • Turn the load adjustment knob to increase or decrease resistance during exercise.

Training Computer

To operate the training computer:

  1. Turn on the computer by pressing the MODE button or by starting to pedal.
  2. The computer will automatically turn off after 4 minutes of inactivity (no signal).
  3. To reset displayed data (except total distance), press and hold the RESET button.
  4. In operation mode, pressing the MODE button cycles through the data display options: Time, Speed units, Distance units, Calories units, and Total Distance.
  5. Press the SET button to change the displayed values.
  6. Pressing the MODE button in operational mode changes the currently displayed data.

Available Data Displays (in operation mode):

  • SCAN: Displays all data sequentially in a loop, with each data point shown for 6 seconds.
  • TIME: Shows the current exercise duration. The timer operates only during exercise.
  • SPEED: Displays the current speed.
  • DISTANCE: Shows the distance covered from the beginning to the end of the current exercise.
  • CALORIES: Displays the number of calories burned from the beginning to the end of the current exercise.
