Chopping & Puréeing: Cut food into uniform 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces. Use pulse for coarse chopping, continuous processing for fine results. Monitor to prevent overprocessing.
Kneading Dough: The processor efficiently kneads yeast doughs. Follow specific recipe guidelines for bread and sweet doughs, ensuring dough consistency is manageable for the machine.
Slicing & Shredding: Prepare fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses by cutting them to fit the feed tube. Pack food snugly and use the pusher for safety. Apply appropriate pressure based on food hardness.
