Introduction
The IDEAL 61-535 is a versatile 120V AC Circuit Breaker Finder designed to efficiently identify the specific circuit breaker or fuse protecting a live branch circuit. This system comprises a transmitter and a receiver, simplifying electrical diagnostics and safety checks.
The transmitter sends a signal through energized conductors, indicating correct or incorrect wiring conditions with illuminated LEDs and a GFCI trip test function. The receiver detects this signal, pinpointing the correct breaker through audible beeps and a flashing green LED. Additionally, the receiver features a non-contact voltage (NCV) sensor to detect AC voltage (80-300V AC), indicated by a red flashing LED and beeping sound. Both modes can be muted for use in noisy environments, and a built-in work light aids visibility in low-light conditions.

Safety Information
WARNING: Arc Flash and Shock Hazard. Proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. Always follow safety procedures and refer to NFPA 70E standards. Failure to comply can result in serious injury or death.
CAUTION: To prevent tester damage, equipment damage, or data loss, use the correct terminals, function, and range for each measurement. Clean the tester with a damp cloth and mild detergents only; avoid abrasives or solvents.
Always test with a contact voltage tester to confirm no voltage is present before working with bare conductors.
