Elitech GSP-6 Multi-use Temperature & Humidity Data Logger
Product Overview
The Elitech GSP-6 is a multi-use data logger designed for recording temperature and humidity during the storage and transportation of sensitive products such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. It is applicable across various stages of the logistic process, including reefer containers, cooling bags, cabinets, and medical/laboratory cold storage.
The GSP-6 features a large LCD screen, a menu button, an external temperature sensor, and an external temperature-humidity combined sensor. It offers two data storage modes: stop when memory is full, or continue recording by overwriting existing data. The device includes a sound-light alarm function, which automatically shortens the record interval if temperature limits are exceeded. Two magnets on the back allow for convenient attachment to metal surfaces.

Operation and Functions
Using the Data Logger for the First Time
- Install the data management software (Elitechlog) from the provided USB or download it from the Elitech website.
- Connect the logger to a computer via USB. The software will automatically upload information.
- Configure settings using the "Parameter" menu in the software. Click "Save Parameter" to apply changes. Date and time will synchronize with the computer.
- Press and hold the menu button for over 4 seconds to start recording. The recording symbol (?) will flash.
- Click "upload data" in the software to view recorded data.
- Log out of the software.
Obtaining Recorded Data
Recorded data is not cleared from the unit after transfer and can be extracted even while the logger is recording.
- Insert the data logger into a USB port. The USB connection symbol (?) and a green LED will light up.
- Open the data management software. The logger connects and uploads data automatically.
Note: Parameters must be set via the computer using the management software.
Functions
- Button: Switches interfaces, starts/stops recording.
- Display Interfaces: The logger shows status, Max/Min values, upper/lower limit setpoints, and average values. Press the button to cycle through interfaces. If the display is off, press the button to enter. (See Figure 1: Display Status Interface)
Display Interface Descriptions
- Figure 1: Display Status Interface: Shows current measured temperature and humidity values.
- Figure 2: Max Value Interface: Displays the maximum recorded temperature and humidity.
- Figure 3: Min Value Interface: Displays the minimum recorded temperature and humidity.
- Figure 4: Upper Limit Setpoint Interface: Shows the configured upper limits for temperature and humidity.
- Figure 5: Lower Limit Setpoint Interface: Shows the configured lower limits for temperature and humidity.
