Terms and Conditions
- The Coupon is valid for purchases of Participating Products during the Promotional Period from the Samsung online store operated by the Organizer at the electronic address www.samsung.com/gr (hereinafter the “Samsung eshop”), in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of sale of products and provision of services of the Samsung eshop. Please read carefully both these Terms of Use for promotional coupons and the Terms and Conditions of the Samsung eshop and familiarize yourself with them before ordering a Product or/and Service from the Samsung eshop.
- Customers purchasing Participating Products during the Promotional Period from the Samsung eshop must enter the Coupon Code corresponding to the Participating Product in the special field "Enter coupon code" provided during the completion of their order (check-out), so that the Coupon Value is deducted from the payable amount of their purchases. The Organizer is not responsible in case of failure to enter or inability to redeem the Coupon for reasons not attributable to the Organizer.
- The Coupon can be used a) for purchases of Participating Products with a value at least equal to or greater than the Coupon value (any difference will not be refunded or credited), b) during the Promotional Period and while stocks last.
- Only one Coupon can be used per order for one (1) Participating Product, and the Coupon cannot be combined with other coupons. If a Customer wishes to purchase two Participating Products with different Coupon Codes, they must submit two separate orders for each Participating Product and Coupon Code respectively.
- In case of using the Coupon and subsequently cancelling, either partially or in full, the purchase order or returning the product, the final amount paid (minus the Coupon value) will be refunded – provided the conditions are met.
- Otherwise, the Terms and Conditions of sale of products and provision of services of the Samsung eshop apply.
