Important Safety Notice

Please read the following safety notices carefully before beginning assembly:

• Always use proper tools.
• Follow the assembly steps in order; do not skip any steps.
• Check all packing materials carefully for small parts that may have come loose inside the carton during shipment. If parts are missing, contact the retailer from which you purchased the product to obtain any missing parts. DO NOT USE SUBSTITUTE PARTS.
• Periodically check to ensure that all connectors (bolts, screws, etc.) are tight.
• Keep these instructions for future reference.
• Some assembly may involve attaching glass or mirrors. Be very careful handling glass or mirrors, as severe injury may result if they break. Never handle large pieces of glass or mirrors by yourself.
• When assembling products with electric cords (lamps, lights, etc.), always ensure the electrical cord is unplugged before assembly and be careful not to twist the electrical cord during assembly.
• When assembling shelves or entertainment centers, do not stand on lower shelves to assemble upper shelves; use a step ladder.
• Do not stand on tables, including end tables, coffee tables, and dinner tables, as they are not designed to support the weight of a person.
• Where assembly instructions state that assembly requires two or more people, do not attempt by yourself as there is a risk of injury.

Assembly Instructions

General Assembly Notes

• The unit should be assembled by two or more people.
• Do not tighten any bolts until all bolts have been started.

Step 2: Attach Seat/Back to Leg Assemblies

Connect the seat and back assembly (A) to the front leg assembly (C). Align the holes on part A with the threaded inserts on part C. Insert two M bolts through two N washers, then through the holes in part C and into part A. Tighten using the H allen wrench.

Step 3: Attach Remaining Leg Assembly

Connect the seat and back assembly (A) to the back leg assembly (D). Align the holes on part A with the threaded inserts on part D. Insert two M bolts through two N washers, then through the holes in part D and into part A. Tighten using the H allen wrench.

Step 4: Install Support Rails

Attach the side support rails (E and G) and the front support rail (F) between the leg assemblies (C and D). For each rail, insert two L cam bolts into the pre-drilled holes on the leg assemblies. Then, align the corresponding holes on the rails with the cam bolts. Insert two K cam locks into the holes on the rails and turn them clockwise with a screwdriver (not included) to secure the rails to the cam bolts.

Step 5: Secure Additional Support Rails

Attach the remaining side support rails (E and G) to the leg assemblies (C and D). Align the holes on the rails with the pre-drilled holes on the leg assemblies. Insert P screws through the rails and into the leg assemblies. Tighten using a screwdriver (not included).

Step 6: Final Tightening and Leveling

Ensure the chair is level by placing it on a flat surface and adjusting its position if necessary. Once leveled, securely tighten all M bolts and any other fasteners using the H allen wrench.
