Getting Started
First-time Use:
- Plug in the device before turning it on for the first time.
- Press and hold the power button until the Acer logo appears.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Connecting to the Internet via Wi-Fi:
- Tap Settings.
- Under Network & internet, tap Wi-Fi and ensure it is On.
- Tap the name of your wireless network and enter the security password if necessary.
Connecting a Bluetooth Device:
- Tap Settings.
- Under Connected devices, tap Pair new device.
- Your device will automatically scan for available Bluetooth devices. Tap an available device to connect.
Note: A2DP stereo headsets are supported for playback only. Check for software updates that may add support for additional Bluetooth devices.
Restoring to Factory Settings:
- Tap Settings.
- Tap System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
Home Screen Navigation
The home screen provides access to your applications and settings.
- Notification bar: Swipe down to view status information and controls.
- Search: Access the search function.
- Folders and apps: Organize and access your applications.
- Favorites bar: Quick access to frequently used apps.
- Navigation: Back, Home, and Recent app buttons.
Tap and hold the Home icon to activate the Google Assistant feature. Swipe up on the Home screen to view more apps.

Wireless Adapter Regulatory Information:
- Use on aircraft: FCC and FAA regulations prohibit airborne operation of wireless devices due to potential interference with aircraft instruments.
- Wireless Adapter and Your Health: The wireless adapter emits radio frequency energy, but at levels lower than mobile phones and within safety guidelines.
- USA - FCC and FAA: The device complies with FCC RF exposure limits for uncontrolled environments. Proper operation according to manual instructions results in exposure well below FCC limits.
