ISSA™ 4 Overview

The ISSA™ 4 features a hybrid brush head with medical-grade silicone and DuPont bristles, powered by patented T-Sonic™ sonic pulse technology delivering up to 11,000 pulsations per minute. The inner DuPont bristles effectively clean between teeth to remove plaque, while the outer medical-grade silicone bristles gently massage sensitive gums. The back of the brush head features concentric wave patterns for gentle cleaning of the tongue and inner cheeks, providing a comprehensive 4-in-1 cleaning experience for teeth, gums, tongue, and inner cheeks.

Cleaning Your ISSA™ 4

After each use, gently run your fingers over the bristles and rinse with water. It is recommended to clean the brush body with FOREO Silicone Cleaning Spray and warm water for optimal performance. Allow to air dry naturally.

Note: Do not use cleaning products containing alcohol, gasoline, or acetone. Avoid using toothpaste with bleach.

Replacing ISSA™ 4 Brush Heads

Easy Replacement: Pull and Click!

All ISSA™ series brush heads are compatible with the ISSA™ 4. To replace the brush head, turn off the ISSA™ 4, pull the old brush head straight off the main body, align the new brush head's bristles forward, match the center opening with the metal positioning pin, and press to secure.

For best results, we recommend replacing the brush head every three months.

Charging Your ISSA™ 4

When the charging indicator light at the bottom of the ISSA™ 4 toothbrush turns yellow, it's time to charge (the light changes from yellow to orange to red as the battery depletes). Charge for 2 hours using the USB charging cable. The white light will remain solid when the ISSA™ 4 is fully charged.

Warning: Ensure the charging port and charger are free of water and toothpaste residue before charging. Do not use the device while charging. Do not charge for more than 24 hours.

Troubleshooting

If your ISSA™ 4 encounters any of the following issues, please refer to the solutions:

• ISSA™ 4 does not respond when the universal power button is pressed: The battery may be depleted. Charge for 2 hours using the USB charging cable and restart the toothbrush by pressing the universal power button.
• ISSA™ 4 cannot be turned off / interface buttons are unresponsive: This may be due to a temporary microprocessor malfunction. Connect the USB charging cable or press and hold the universal power button to restart the toothbrush.
• Indicator light does not flash when charging ISSA™ 4 via USB cable: The battery may be fully charged (up to 365 days of use). The battery may be completely depleted and requires a few minutes to recognize the USB charging cable. Ensure the power outlet/USB port and charging port are properly connected.
• ISSA™ 4 accidentally submerged and charging port is wet: The ISSA™ 4 is completely waterproof, including the charging port. Simply wipe it dry for normal use.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

2-Year Limited Warranty: FOREO warrants this toothbrush for a period of two (2) years after the date of original purchase against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. The warranty covers functional parts that affect the product's function. It does not cover cosmetic damage due to normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Any attempt to open or dismantle the product (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

If a defect is found during the warranty period, FOREO will, at its discretion, replace the product free of charge upon presentation of proof of purchase. Please retain your original proof of purchase and warranty information for the duration of the warranty period.

To claim your warranty, please log in to your account on www.foreo.com and select the warranty claim. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect these rights in any way.
