Mechanical Key Removal/Reinstallation
With the ignition OFF, press the engine start/stop button:

Emergency situations:
Height adjustment: Pull up on headrest to raise. Press the lock knob while pushing down on the headrest to lower.
Allows adjustment for Tilt and Telescopic motion. Pull the lever downward, set the angle and distance, then push the lever upward. Ensure the lever is locked into place before driving.
Warning: Never adjust the steering wheel while driving. You may lose steering control and cause severe personal injury, death, or accidents.
Pull up to open. After adding fuel, always reinstall the fuel cap onto the filler neck by rotating it clockwise until it clicks once. Failure to do this may result in the Check Engine Light illuminating.
Check the engine oil regularly between recommended oil changes.
Displays include Speedometer, Tachometer, Engine temperature gauge, Fuel gauge, Turn signal indicators, and Automatic/Manual transmission shift indicators.
Various warning lights indicate system status:

Push the control switch up or down to adjust brightness.
Press the TRIP button to select functions: Trip A/B, Range, Average fuel consumption, Elapsed time, Average speed.
Features include Mode selection buttons, Front windshield defroster button, Air conditioning button, Fan speed control knob, Rear window defroster button, Air intake control button, Temperature control knob, and MAX A/C button.

Difficulty hearing may occur when Bluetooth volume is high, driving on rough roads with windows down, or when the air conditioning fan is at max speed. Keep Bluetooth volume low to reduce distortion and echo.
Operate phones without taking eyes off the road. Performance may be affected by open windows, HVAC system, tunnels, or rough roads. Refer to Owner's Manual for complete commands.

Press the button for access to voice-response menu of services. Options include "Main Menu" or direct selection of menu items. In-car commands include New Destination, Service Link, Roadside Assistance, Valet Alert, Help, and Cancel.
Remote Door Unlock/Lock (Blue Link Mobile App)
Download the Blue Link mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play. Lock or unlock doors remotely via the app, by dialing a toll-free number, or using the owner's website.
To Activate Remote Door Unlock/Lock:

Press DEST button to display destination menu:
Use the jack to connect an external audio device and listen through the vehicle's audio system speakers. Connect Apple-supplied USB cable to the USB port to operate iPod.

Shift lever positions: P (Park), R (Reverse), N (Neutral), D (Drive). Depress brake pedal when shifting. Sport mode: Move shift lever from D to the left gate. Move lever forward (+) to upshift or rearward (-) to downshift.
Shifting into Reverse: Depress clutch pedal fully, ensure shifter is in Neutral. Press the reverse lock-out button and move shift lever left and forward into Reverse. Release clutch slowly.
Note: Tire pressure may vary in colder temperatures causing the low tire pressure light to illuminate.
Helps maintain vehicle control under adverse conditions. To turn ESC off, press the button (indicator illuminates). To turn ESC on, press again. System defaults to ON at start.
To improve fuel efficiency:
Activates when ignition is ON and shift lever is in R (Reverse). Displays image on rearview display.

Drive for approximately 6 miles or 10 minutes, no faster than 50 mph.
Recheck Tire Pressure:
Insert key into hole and turn to Lock (allows opening rear door handle only from outside) or Unlock (allows opening from inside and outside).
Instructions for folding rear seats are typically found in the Owner's Manual.
