---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
KSHA | 240: 240VAC 480: 480VAC 600: 600VAC |
D: DC Input | 25: 25Amp | (Blank): Zero-crossing R: Random |
(Blank): None T: TVS Protection(1) |
(XXX) |
Example Model: KSHA480D25R-T
(1) 600VAC models do not include TVS protection.

Outline Dimensions
The solid-state relay has a rectangular base with pins for mounting and connection. The main body dimensions are approximately 35mm in height, 17.8mm in width, and 63mm in depth. There are mounting provisions on the base. The pins are arranged linearly.
Pin Configuration:
- Pins 1 & 2: DC Input (+/-)
- Pins 3 & 4: AC Output (AC~, LOAD)
Wiring Diagram
The wiring diagram shows the DC input connected to terminals 1 and 2, and the AC output connected to terminals 3 and 4 for the load.
Temperature Curve
The temperature curve illustrates the derating of load current based on ambient temperature. For example, at an ambient temperature of 50°C, the maximum continuous current is approximately 11.5A without forced air cooling. At higher temperatures, the allowable current decreases significantly. A note indicates that the heat sink temperature should not exceed 85°C when using forced air cooling.
Precautions
- When the ambient temperature is high or solid-state relays are mounted closely together, users should consider derating the current capacity based on the temperature curve.
- For multiple solid-state relays operating simultaneously, it is recommended to maintain a spacing of at least one product width between them.
Safety Warnings
- The sides and baseplate of the product can become hot during operation. Allow the unit to cool before touching.
- Before installing or using this product, ensure that all power sources are disconnected.
- Verify that all connections are secure and correct before applying power.
