BOYA 2.4GHz Wireless Microphone System

Introduction

The BOYA BY-WM3T2 is an ultracompact and portable 2.4 GHz wireless microphone system designed for up to two people. It is compatible with cameras, smartphones, tablets, and more. The system features automatic pairing and selectable noise cancellation, delivering broadcast-quality sound with remarkable ease of use. The BY-WM3T2 is ideal for content creation, live streaming, vlogging, mobile journalism, and many other applications.

This series offers three different receiver options: RXD, RXU, or RX35, included in the kits. The BY-WM3T2-TX Transmitter and BY-WM3T2-RX35 Receiver support up to 10 hours of runtime. The BY-WM3T2-RXD and BY-WM3T2-RXU receivers are device-powered and feature USB-C charging ports, allowing for charging and powering of devices while in use.

• When using and storing, please pay attention to dust and moisture.
• For optimal sound pickup, please do not cover the microphone head with your hand.

BY-WM3T2-TX

The BY-WM3T2-TX transmitter includes:

• 1. Status indicator: Indicates pairing status, mute status, battery level, and noise cancellation status.
  • Unpaired: Blinks blue and red alternately
  • Successfully paired: Solid blue
  • Mute ON: Blinks blue quickly (per second)
  • Low battery: Blinks red (every 5 seconds)
  • Noise Cancellation ON: Blinks blue slowly (every 2.5 seconds)
  • Noise Cancellation OFF: Solid blue
  • Charging: Solid red
  • Fully charged: Light off

  Note: If charging the unit when it is ON, the indicator will display the current working status instead of charging status.

• 2. Power/Mute button: Long press for 2 seconds to turn the unit on/off. Short press to mute/unmute the microphone. Double click to turn noise cancellation on/off.

BY-WM3T2-RXU

The BY-WM3T2-RXU receiver includes:

• 1. Status indicator: Indicates pairing status.
  • Unpaired: Blinks blue
  • Successfully paired: Solid blue
• 2. USB-C connector: Connects to Android phones, tablets, or other USB-C devices.
• 3. USB-C charging port: When the BY-WM3T2-RXU is plugged into an external device, the external device can be powered via this charging port. This port supports charging and powering of devices while in use, and supports QC2.0, PD2.0 fast charging protocols.

BY-WM3T2-RXD

The BY-WM3T2-RXD receiver includes:

• 1. Status indicator: Indicates pairing status.
  • Unpaired: Blinks blue
  • Successfully paired: Solid blue
• 2. Lightning connector: Connects to iOS Lightning devices.
• 3. USB-C charging port: When the BY-WM3T2-RXD is plugged into an external device, the external device can be powered via this charging port. This port supports charging and powering of devices while in use, and supports up to 3A fast charging for iPads and iPhones.

BY-WM3T2-RX35

The BY-WM3T2-RX35 receiver includes:

• 1. Status indicator: Indicates pairing status, battery level, and charging status.
  • Unpaired: Blinks blue and red alternately
  • Successfully paired: Solid blue
  • Low battery: Blinks red (every 5 seconds)
  • Charging: Solid red
  • Fully charged: Light off

  Note: If charging the unit when it is ON, the indicator will display the current working status instead of charging status.

• 2. Power button: Long press for 2 seconds to turn the unit ON or OFF.
• 3. USB-C charging port: For charging the receiver.
• 4. 3.5mm TRS connector: Connects to cameras, recorders, mixers, or other devices with a 3.5mm TRS jack.

How to Use

For the kit of BY-WM3T2-U1/ BY-WM3T2-U2/ BY-WM3T2-D1/ BY-WM3T2-D2

1. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the Transmitter(s).
2. Plug the BY-WM3T2-RXD into an iOS device or the BY-WM3T2-RXU into a USB-C device.
3. The Transmitter(s) and receiver will be automatically paired within 10 seconds.
4. You are ready to record.

For the kit of BY-WM3T2-M1/ BY-WM3T2-M2

1. Plug the BY-WM3T2-RX35 into a device with a 3.5 mm TRS jack.
2. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the transmitter(s) and receiver.
3. The Transmitter(s) and receiver will be automatically paired within 10 seconds.
4. You are ready to record.

Note: Due to the 2.4 GHz wireless frequency being widely used, the signal may be easily attenuated or interfered. Please try to avoid obstacles while using, such as walls and buildings. Also, keep away from devices that use the 2.4 GHz frequency, such as high-power Wi-Fi antennas, radios, etc.
