1.0 Product Diagrammatic Sketch

The TOZO Tonal Dots earbuds and charging case feature:

MFB Touch Panel: Multi-function button for controls.
Mic Hole: For voice input.
USB-C Port: For charging the case.
Charging Contact & Pin: For charging the earbuds within the case.
Indication Lights of Charging Case: Show charging status and battery capacity.
Earbuds Cap: Protects the earbuds.

2.0 Wearing Diagrammatic Sketch

To ensure proper fit and sound quality, follow these steps:

Step 1: Ensure the earbud tip faces downwards, then place the earbuds into your ear.
Step 2: Rotate the earbuds back towards the auricle side to fit snugly.

Wearing the earbuds with tips facing upwards is incorrect and will result in poor fit and sound.

Important Note for First Use: Please pick up the headset and tear off the insulating film on the headset before using.

4.0 Operation of Earbuds

4.1 How to Pair

Take out both earbuds from the charging case; they will automatically turn on and link to each other within 10 seconds.
The two earbuds will flash alternately in red and blue, indicating pairing mode.
Search for the pairing name "TOZO Tonal Dots" on your mobile device and select it to connect.

4.2 Another Method of Turning On & Turning Off

Turn On: Press and hold the touch button for about 3 seconds to turn on (the headset is turned off without the charging case).
Turn Off: When the headset is not playing music, press and hold the touch button for about 5 seconds to turn off.

4.3 Clear Pairing List

Remove both earbuds from the charging case. Long press them for 5 seconds; the red light will be on for 1 second, and the earbuds will turn off.
Long press the left earbud for 3 seconds; the blue light will be on for 1 second to turn on. While red and blue lights flash alternately, triple-click the earbud. The earbud will turn off after the pink light is on for 1 second and the red light is on for 1 second. The right earbud operates similarly.

4.4 Reset

If only one earbud connects to the phone or the two earbuds cannot pair together, try these reset steps:

Delete all "TOZO Tonal Dots" Bluetooth records on your phone, then turn off Bluetooth.
Pick up both earbuds from the charging case, then press and hold both earbuds until red lights come on to turn them off. Release your fingers (press and hold for about 5 seconds).
Press and hold both earbuds again. Release your fingers after the blue light fast blinks for 3 seconds (press and hold for about 10 seconds).

Reset is complete when one of the earbuds flashes red and blue alternately. Turn on Bluetooth to connect again.

5.0 Charging

5.1 Charging the Earbuds

Put the earbuds into the charging case; they will power off and be charged automatically. When the red LED lights up, it means the earbuds are being charged.
When the Bluetooth headset is fully charged, the charging case will automatically enter a sleep low power consumption state.

5.2 Charging the Charging Case

Use a 5V/1A adapter to charge the charging case. It can be charged with a computer USB or other USB interface charger.

5.3 Box Wireless Charging

The charging case is specially designed for modern life, without charging cables, offering the convenience of unplugged and instant charging. (Wireless charging pad not included.)

5.4 Charging Warning

Do not tap the earbuds' touch button while charging, otherwise, pairing may fail. If this occurs, you should follow the reset to factory settings.

6.0 Button Operation

6.1 Earbuds LED Indicator

State	Indicator Behavior
Turn on	The blue light is on for a second.
Turn off	The red light is on for a second.
TWS Pairing status	The two earbuds flash red and blue alternately.
Phone pairing succeeded	Red and blue lights off after one second.
Charging process	Red lights on.
Fully charged	The red light goes out, the blue light stays on for 5 seconds and then goes out.

6.2 Right Earbud Controls

Play/Pause	Touch the right earbud MFB button.
Volume +	Long press the right earbud MFB button.
Next Track	Quickly double touch the MFB button on the right earbud.
Answer Phone Call	Single touch MFB button.
Hang Up Phone Call	Long touch the MFB button for 2 seconds.
Reject Incoming Call	Long touch the MFB button for 2 seconds.
Connect back state	Pick up the Bluetooth headset from the charging case; the headset will automatically return to the connected state (about 20 seconds) after being turned on.

6.3 Left Earbud Controls

7.0 Indicator Display Description

Charging Display (Power display when charging with an external charger)

0% - 33% battery: Red light flashes.
33% - 66% battery: Pink light flashes.
66% - 99% battery: Blue indicator flashes.
100% battery: Blue light is always on.

Discharge Display (Product indicates effect when charging matching Bluetooth headset)

0% - 33% battery: Red light flashes.
33% - 66% battery: Pink light flashes.
66% - 99% battery: Blue indicator flashes.
100% battery: Blue light is always on.

When earbuds are placed into the charging box, the box will automatically charge them. The corresponding left/right earplug display light on the charging box flashes, indicating charging. The charging box light shows the current power supply, and the battery indicator light goes out after 5 seconds.
When the charging box battery power is 5% - 100%, the digital screen will be on for 5 seconds to display the current power. When the power drops to 0% - 5%, the digital screen will flash for 5 seconds to display the power level. The digital display goes out when not charging.

8.0 Discharge (Charge Paired Bluetooth Headset) Instructions for Use

Discharge: The charging case charges the Bluetooth headset. After the Bluetooth headset is fully charged, the charging stand automatically enters a sleep state, with power consumption less than 40uA.

9.0 Waterproof

The earbuds are waterproof for daily use (sweating, rain, washing face, showering, having a bath, etc.), but not for swimming under water. Please note that the phone's Bluetooth signal cannot be transmitted underwater.

Signal works normally within 12m.
Signal will be interrupted beyond 12m.

Download the TOZO App for UI customization, EQ settings, and more.

UI Customization: Most controls can be customized in the App.
EQ Settings: Choose from various EQ settings to optimize your experience across different music genres.
Earbuds Firmware Update: Earbuds firmware can be updated via the App. You will be informed when a new version is detected upon connecting the earbuds with the App.

11.0 TOZO App Pairing

Step 1: Download the TOZO App on your phone. Find it on the App Store (Apple and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc.) or Google Play (Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google Inc.).
Step 2: Pair your earbuds with your phone via Bluetooth.
Step 3: Pair the TOZO App with your earbuds.

⚠ Warning!

Do not dismantle or refit the product.
Keep away from corrosive liquids.
Keep away from extreme ambient temperatures below -10°C or above 60°C.
Keep away from children and pets.
Do not touch the earbuds with sharp objects.
Do not use the product in thunderstorm weather.
If the product has not been used for more than a month, please charge and maintain it in time to ensure its safety.
Since the Bluetooth signal cannot be transmitted underwater, swimming or diving will cause the signal to disconnect or become intermittent.

Special Reminder:

Wipe the hardware contacts of the headset and charging box when the headset is not charging.
