Terminals (Back):
- Terminals 1-4: For connecting RGB panel lights or strip lights (R, G, B, V+).
- Terminals 5-6: For connecting warm color (V-) and cool color (V-) strip lights.
- Terminals 7-8: For DC12V/DC24V power input (Negative and Positive respectively).
DIP Switches (Internal): Located under the side cover, these switches are used for mode selection.
- Switch 1: Controls RGB mode (OFF) or Color Temperature mode (ON).
- Switches 2 & 3: Are disabled.
Note: Do not switch the DIP switches after the device is powered on, as this may damage the product.

Power Connection
The device accepts input power from 100V-220V via a power adapter, outputting 12V/24V to the connected lights.
Caution: Ensure the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of your lights.
Caution: This product is designed for dry places and cannot be used in moist environments like bathrooms.
Installation Instructions
- Step 1: Fix the screw into the hole to mount the device securely.
- Step 2: Cover the screw heads with the provided screw caps.
- Step 3: After completing the installation and wiring, power on the device and follow the user guide for operation.
User Guide and Status Indicators
Follow these steps for initial setup and operation:
- Wire the device according to the wiring instructions.
- Power on the device. The red power indicator LED should remain lit, indicating power is supplied.
Blue Signal Indicator Status:
- Flashes rapidly: The RGB Box has not yet joined the ZigBee network.
- Flashes once every second: The RGB Box is actively searching for the ZigBee network.
- Flashes once every two seconds and turns off after 5 flashes: The RGB Box has successfully joined the ZigBee network and is connected to the ZigBee hub. You can now manage the device via the ViHome APP.
To Remove from Network (Off-Network Method):
Press the reset button 5 times. On the 5th press, hold the button until the blue signal indicator flashes rapidly. This confirms the device has been removed from the ZigBee network. Power cycle the device to rejoin the network.
Caution: Do not frequently switch working modes after powering on the RGB Box, as this may lead to product damage.
