- 10x M6 nuts (DIN 985, A2)
- 2x M6 x 9 x 21.5 Blind rivet nuts
- 2x M6 x 9 x 14.5 Blind rivet nuts
- 4x 4.2 x 16 mm screws (DIN 7504M - TX20, A2)
- 6x M6 Schnorr washers
- 7x M6 washers (DIN 9021, A2)
- 2x M5 washers (DIN 125, A2)
- 1x M6 washer (DIN 125, A2)

3. Tools Required
The following tools are necessary for installation:
- Drill with drill bits: Ø 2 mm, Ø 3 mm, Ø 9 mm
- Screwdrivers: TX20, TX30, N° 10
- Wrench
- Degreaser
- Anti-Corrosion spray
- P120 abrasive paper/cloth
- Activator
- Scissors
- Measuring tape
- Sika 252 sealant

4. Installation Procedure
Step 1: Initial Assembly

Step 2: Attach Brackets (Steps 3 & 4)
Step 3: Attach the first bracket. Use 2x M6 x 16mm screws, 1x M6 Schnorr washer, 3x M6 nuts. Tighten fasteners to 6 Nm. ⚠️

Step 4: Attach bracket 'A'. Use 2x M6 x 20mm screws, 1x M6 x 20mm screw, 4x M6 nuts, 4x M6 washers, 3x M6 nuts. Tighten fasteners to 6 Nm. ⚠️

Step 3: Assemble Components (Step 5)
Assemble component B. Ensure specific fasteners are turned a maximum of 3 times. ⚠️

Apply degreaser to surfaces. ⚠️

Step 4: Position and Measure (Step 6)
Position components according to the indicated measurements: 2098 mm and 40 mm. ⚠️

Ensure correct orientation (✔️ for correct, ❌ for incorrect). ⚠️

Step 5: Drill Holes (Step 7)
Drill holes using the specified drill bit sizes:
- A: Ø 3 mm
- B: Ø 2 mm

Step 6: Prepare Surfaces (Step 8)
Clean the mounting surfaces with P120 abrasive paper. ⚠️

Apply degreaser to the cleaned surfaces. ⚠️

Step 7: Insert Blind Rivet Nuts (Step 9)
Drill Ø 9 mm holes for the blind rivet nuts. ⚠️

Insert 2x blind rivet nuts and secure them using the appropriate tool. Ensure correct alignment. ⚠️

Step 8: Apply Sealant (Step 10)
Apply Sika 252 sealant to the mounting points. ⚠️

Secure components with fasteners (x4). ⚠️

Step 9: Final Bracket Assembly (Step 11)
Assemble the main bracket components using the provided hardware: 4x M6 x 16mm screws, 6x M6 screws, 2x M6 x 20mm screws, 1x M6 x 20mm screw, 2x M5 nuts, 1x M5 washer, 3x M6 nuts, 1x M6 washer. Use TX20, TX30, and N° 10 drivers. ⚠️

Step 10: Attach Final Components (Step 12)
Attach final components using 1x M6 nut, 1x M6 washer, 1x M6 nut, 1x M6 washer. Tighten fasteners to 6 Nm. ⚠️

Step 11: Attach Bar (Step 13)
Attach the bar component (x1) by sliding it into place and securing it. ⚠️

Step 12: Curing Time (Step 14)
Allow Sika 252 sealant to cure for 48 hours before use. ⚠️

Step 13: Final Attachment and Alignment (Step 15)
Use 4x M6 screws with TX20 driver. Drill Ø 3 mm holes for final attachment. ⚠️

Measure 92 mm for final positioning. ⚠️
