Setting Up the SoloCam
Follow these steps to set up your device:
- Download and install the eufy Security app from your device's app store.
- Sign up for an account within the app.
- Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to add your SoloCam.

Mounting the SoloCam
Select a Location:
The S220 SoloCam can be mounted on a wall. Choose a location that provides the desired view. It is recommended to mount the camera 7-10 ft (2-3 m) above ground level.
? To maximize solar panel efficiency, select a location where the S220 SoloCam receives ample sunlight.

Mounting the S220 SoloCam
The S220 SoloCam can be mounted both indoors and outdoors.
- Loosen the mount cover by turning it counterclockwise and disassemble the mount. (Diagram shows the mount cover being unscrewed and parts separated.)
- For hard surfaces like brick or concrete: Drill holes using a 15/64 in (6 mm) drill bit and insert anchors. Skip this step for soft surfaces like wood. (Diagram shows a drill creating holes in a wall and anchors being inserted.)
- Firmly screw the base of the mount onto the wall. Reassemble the mount. (Diagram shows the mount base being attached to the wall.)
- Screw the SoloCam onto the mount. Ensure the solar panel is facing the sky. Position the SoloCam for the desired view, checking it using the live stream in the eufy Security app. (Diagram shows the camera being attached to the mounted base.)

Safety Information
Temperature Range: The recommended temperature range for devices and accessories is -20°C to 50°C (-4°F - 122°F).
Do not use the device in environments exceeding these temperature limits unless specifically indicated as safe in the user guide or manual.
Avoid exposing the device to direct sunlight or excessively wet environments unless specifically indicated as safe.
Powering Environment: It is recommended to supply the device in an environment with a temperature between 5°C and 25°C. Ensure normal room temperature and good ventilation when powering the device.

Battery Warnings:
- Replacing a battery with an incorrect type may bypass safeguards and create danger.
- Disposal of a battery in fire, crushing, or cutting may result in explosion and leakage of flammable liquids and gases.
- Leaving a battery in an extremely hot environment may result in explosion and leakage.
- Exposure to extremely low air pressure may result in explosion and leakage.
